It is a great tool for managing collaboration between other trades, providing easy access to live models, and addressing clashes/conflicts. No data limits or others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have experience working with different clients who used similar platforms like Autodesk Docs or BIM360. In my opinion, Autodesk Docs has a more user-friendly interface. However, switching between products and dashboards can be confusing due to a mix of drop-down lists, links, and buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Autodesk Construction Cloud is one of the greatest contributions to the AECO industry, related to BIM methodology, it provides a compendium of tools to Collaborate, Review, and extract information in the tracking of a project's lifecycle. One of the most important functionalities of ACC is the ability to manage structured information (BIM Models) and unstructured information (documents) to complement all design and control processes from the early stages of Preconstruction Design and its management on site. Using the web platform is quite easy and intuitive, and if we have a query, forums or technical support are available. It is a tool associated with everyday design use, and to a certain extent, the integration of information and the implementation of digital processes has been simple. There are tools that still need to be connected or given the necessary power to stop performing configurations or programming in other software like the functionality of Model Coordination, since at the moment not all possibilities are available in this module and they have to be done externally with software like Navisworks. I think it should be promoted more strongly to companies in the industry because due to lack of knowledge or licenses, there is not complete conviction among the executives. Generating trust to make the disruptive change from traditional manual processes to digitalization greatly depends on training middle and upper management, as often the technology is already assimilated or is easy to adapt for the workforce (architects or modeling engineers). It simplifies sharing and seeing consultants / clients models. With ACC we do not have to package anything up and send a link to where the model has been uploaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost is too high, I feel like it should be part of the AEC Collection. This really affects how many seats we have.
There really needs to be a way to make all live models accessible by everyone read only. This would be a huge improvement!! Now, clients do not want to allow access to opening their live model due to the fear of getting in them and messing something up. If there was a way to do this read-only, this would greatly improve the flow for consultants like us (Structural engineers). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how we can centralize every information in one place and at the same time we have many features, previously done in different softwares.
I like the option to align 2D and 3D it's very helpful!
The clash coordination part it's amazing!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not very intuitive, but I understand that it may be related to the fact that there are many features available.
I would like a better visualization for clashes and surround elements (similar to what we have in Navisworks) and not just the clash itself.
Waiting for the update that it'll let us edit coordination spaces.
And it might be nice to have the option to select only one element at the Model Coordination view. I do think it's important to have an option to select the hole model, but being able to select only one element it would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

THE ABILITY TO COMPARE DIFFERNT VERSIONS OF DRAWINGS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NOT ABLE TO EXPORT COMPARED DRAWINGS AS ONE DOCUMENT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the abiltiy to collaborate across diciplines. The ability to access the model from anywhere is a prime feature as well. Show casing the model to clients, PMs and Supers is very helpful. Autodesk custome support is very helpful, they have made it very easy to use and great intergration within the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Down side is not being able to delete projects as needed. Archiving is great but cleaning out would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having all design files in one location. No longer having everything spread out between multiple storage devices. Limiting tools across design and construction because it is all built into ACC. Alot of potential for more efficient workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not all file types are supported on ACC. Admin restrictions are an issue. Project Admins can see every company in the Hub. Not an easy way to add groups of people to a project all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's obvious that the most useful feature is the possibility to have a lot of archives in a cloud where everyone has access to those files, while also being able to make modifications in real time with your peers working at the same time.
Having files in cloud is useful in case the device your using shuts down inespectedly or if it gets damage.
Another feature which I personally like a lot, is the possibility of comparing old versions of files with the new ones; it helps keeping record of any changes made to the project.
Overall, it's a very good product, with lots of functionalities.
10 out of 10 as for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think, when you are new to the program it's kind of difficult and counterintuitive understanding the differences between ACC and Bim 360. But once you get the hang of it, it becomes very easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
its a complete tool to manage porjects, you can look at your model anywhere you are in any device and thats great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it crash but was just a few times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Autodesk is creating an integrated environment for BIM and project management. I look forward to seeing how various technologies and platforms will continue to tie together, making it easier to make data and visualizations accessible to our project teams. The only downsides are just related to what I believe are the current state of development. I have faith that improvements are in process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
