The integration with desktop connector. The ability to access drawings and files both on the computer and via mobile apps is an incredible tool, but it's use through desktop connector makes things feel maybe harder than it should. In my opinion, it's a very practical tool for storing all the BIM documentation relating to a project, so that a team can work in parallel, together and in an organized way without overwriting any changes and having the traceability of the whole project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's the little things.. Templates can't be set up 100% at the account level because the Library doesn't store templates for things like Issues, etc.. Exporting drawing sets does not convert ACC reference links to local PDF reference links. Only basic conditional formatting for forms. When things don't work, you get a notification saying so, but no further context or error codes, so there's no way a person can troubleshoot their own problems.
