On top of having an excellent user interface, there is a tremendous amount of support available to users. The learning center, update webinars and people available to chat or call make ACC incredibly reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's really hard to think of a specific thing I dislike about ACC. I think the hardest thing at the moment is getting the rest of the team to adopt ACC as a new tool in their tool belt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Revit cloud model being able to be linked and visually navigated in the field is critical to understanding and visualizing what is to be built. Having a cloud workshared model has greatly reduced save, sync and publish times as well as enabling a larger more spread out team to all work together seamlessly. Finally, the abitity to bridge the models between companies ACC sites has significantly reduced the need to manually push models for coordination.
Within Build itself, having a single source of truth for the current sheets of all disciplines on a job has been invaluable for insuring all parties are workign off the most current drawings available. The ability to update shop drawings inthe office, save to the cloud and push directly to iPads in the field has made the transmission of shop drawings faster and more reliable. Additionall, the RFI and Submittal workflows have greatly reduced both the number of overdue items as well as the time it takes for open items to be closed. Both AutoDesk support as well as the value added services from our reseller, Topcon, have been outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When there are AWS problems, the cloud storage can be a hinderance because information is not able to be saved or opened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is an excellent and unique system that can manage documents, review drawings, meeting minutes, issue management, and asset management based on RIBA, which is a project process. Despite its multi-functionality, it is user-friendly and extremely easy to use. Asset management, especially in Operations Phase, is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about it, but if I had to say, it would be that sometimes we can't access it or you can't use the functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about ACC is its ability to centralize project data and keep everyone on the same page. The seamless integration of tools for design, document management, and field collaboration improves efficiency and reduces errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about ACC is that some features can feel overwhelming to new users due to the platform's complexity. Additionally, occasional performance lags can occur when handling large projects or datasets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The truly powerful thing about this Autodesk Construction Cloud tool is the ease of having the most up-to-date information at hand. This simple action allows us as an HVAC system installation company to have a tool that allows us to review, plan and execute construction tasks in a more efficient way, reducing unforeseen events and therefore reducing costs and improving the profitability of the projects. Actually as a user of the platform I don't see anything useless about it, rather I see that there are a series of tools that allow me to have many more tools for the planning and execution of the works in which we are involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of accessing all versions of the same project. I work with the program for developing solar power plants. As this is an activity involving different areas of engineering, the system allows all information to be transmitted clearly and quickly between project participants. There's nothing significant that I don't like, but the mobile app could use some improvement in functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Autodesk allows me to keep the submittal and RFI process in order and in one place. It not only helps me but the ones I am managing are allowed to see at what point of the game their response is in. They have been implementing AI and it is exciting to see how this will help day to day life! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some days where the software seems to have a mind of its own. But the developers are always trying to fix these as soon as they happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The preface is user-friendly. It helps us ensure our project design quality and strictly complies with the ISO Naming Standard. The software enables us to collaborate within the team and avoid clashes with our models. I can also integrate my Smartsheet and Power BI Dashboards to give a better view of our project. Mainly Autodesk Construction Cloud helps us to deliver quality projects to our clients. Some minor comment is the extraction of the report, but so far, it is an excellent investment. This is the future of the construction industry. I hope more projects will use BIM. It saves time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like being able to keep all project files more contained to one platform (I work on the BIM coordination side). Once I learn to take full advantage of the features, being able to access subcontractor models more readily will be great and hopefully if subs use it properly too we will be able to save some time with accessing changes and updates. Being able to link things like RFIs more closely with where we work in the model will provide great upside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I understand the connectivity requirement of everything but there are some things that work better or are more convenient without requiring internet access. I'm also not as much of a fan of viewing sheets, I'm used to bluebeam and that feels much faster and smoother than viewing sheets online with ACC. A lot of my job requires constant jumpiung between multiple sheets and the model, and perhaps I'm just not fully on board with how to use it but it has slowed me down a lot when trying to only use ACC for these. ACC adds a ton of features that really makes the platform the single source of truth to house all of our project related data. The new UI is easy to navigate, the project Admin Portal is excellent and easy to use. Functions like Cloud paramters make managing shared parameters a breeze. Overall I am quite happy. Unfortunately tools that we had in BIM360 such as the camera functionality in iPads were stuck behind the Autodesk Build paywall. Build has tools that are primarily geared toward contractors, but tools like camera helped architects do observation reports. Architects DO NOT issue RFIs, Submittals, maintain construction schedules, manage assets, etc. I dont know why my firm is required to spend tens of thousdands of dollars simply to take pictures (a feature that was included in Design Collaborate Pro within BIM360). I wish there was a Build Lite or Build for Architects that maybe had a simplified RFI tracking tool and photos without getting the whole suite.
ACC Admin feels half integrated, and I find myself having to reenter the BIM360 Admin page to change some settings and go back to ACC admin to change other. (almost like Windows Settings has most tools, but other tools are in Control Terminal still) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
