ACC is the best tool for multi-office and multi-company design colaboration. Anyone can access it from anywhere, and you don't need to worry about VPNs, or any other complicated sign-on. The online portal makes viewing files extremely easy, as you can look at dwgs (or just about any other file type) without even launching cad. I've not experimented with the markup tools yet, but that looks like it will be a helpful tool in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far we've ran into mostly minor issues. Occasionally Desktop Connector doesn't properly sync files. Usually the simple solution is to disconnect from the project and reconnect.
Sheet Set Manager For Web leaves a lot to be desired. It has limited functionality currently, and publishing complicated projects just doesn't work. I often recommend to my users to switch back to the old Sheet Set Manager to do any publishing. Syncing fields sometimes is finicky as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Autodesk Construction Cloud regularly and find it pretty seamless and easy to integrate into our workflow. The more frequent you use it, the more useful it becomes.
Having models in the cloud is less resource intensive and by that token faster and more efficient.
Having one place for all documents is really helpful.
No need to send/ receive pdf files, markups or even models.
Everything is in one place.
A single source of truth.
Customer support has been very helpful when I have needed it.
The projects that we have implemented ACC into run much smoother overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When another firm has set up the project it can be difficult to get started if permissions are not set up properly. Not being able to manipulate files in a folder assigned to you, or not being able to see the folder structure at all can keep you from getting up and running. I’m extremely happy when uploading documents and files that there is a short to no wait time as well as we hen open out a new project. The bridging feature makes is very easy to make sure our team and other companies are on the same page, though i have had some issues with the feature it is currently one of the best things I’ve used on Autodesk. My main issue is the bridging feature, as much as I like it, I hope to soon see an updated feature that allows a folder and its subfolders to be shared across multiple projects. Also if a folder is bridged, the automation will react to subfolders as they get included and be bridged over as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Autodesk Construction Cloud is a game changer! I love being able to host projects/models on this platform. Distribution of documents is fantastic. It feels super interconnected to everything. Everything is integrated. It's just a really impressive product that feels like it bridges many things that used to feel completely disconnected. It's very simple to use. And we use it for everything now. It's easy to begin using. And it feels well supported. Weconstantly finding new ways to use it. It's just great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I want to be able to add more people to our projects on ACC. I cannot transmit a document hosted on ACC to someone that does not have an Autodesk seat. Sometimes we have to get the documents to those people. And requiring them to purchase a seat so they can receive our transmittal seems like a little too much to ask. We sometimes end up using the transmittal tool as a tracker rather than how it was intended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with Other Tools – It works well with Revit, AutoCAD, and third-party apps, making it easy to fit into existing workflows.
Cloud-Based & Mobile Access – Teams can access project data from anywhere, improving real-time collaboration on-site and off-site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More customization on the card view, having possibility to even link URL/Custom Apps.
More APIs availability
More AI on photo training
More customization on the SHEETS to have auto sorting on different criteria
PROJECT SCHEDULER instead of having the import of the project file
Extra milestones to be synced with the timeline function in build Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All my project data available any time anywhere. The integration directly into my CAD package makes it seamless to save and open files keeping them upto date complete with history versions as an automatic backup provides utility and a peace of mind.
The capacity to create project teams members, share and collaborate with different permission settings is a game changer compare to traditional local server based storage.
When opening Revit or AutoCAD the most recent files are right in front, easy to get to, making day to day usage a smooth process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With the many features that ACC offers it is not and EDM, Electronic Document Manager, meaning cataloguing drawings with project, client and numbering details cannot connect directly to project files and the title blocks as far as I am aware, so it is not yet drawing management system. What I enjoy most about the ACC is the collaboration between teams and software for projects. Some other key componets are the ease in which we maintain the project team and the profiles around the project teams for access to models. The ACC is also an easy integration for project team members who are not as fluent on the computer because the ACC is more user friendly than other options on the market. My dislikes about the ACC are the one folder setup option in the Design Collaborate module, We need to be able to swap folders as a project grows or as things change. I am also not a fan of the clash system in the ACC after getting used to Navisworks and Revizto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a one stop shop for all project management needs. It is a file repository system for collabarative file sharing, drawing review, schedule, RFI's and Submittals, BIM model view and clash detection as well as tender and cost management plus more. Using the software is fairly intuitive and easy to learn. Implementing the software went fairly well however it was done in a staged manner over a long period. As an end user there probably isn't much to dislike. Some areas of improvement could be the drawing markup and measuring capabalities. This is fairly weak in comparison to what Bluebeam software can do. As a company who purchases the software, I think Autodesk should provide free training on how to use every module of the program that was purchased. Customer support is adequate however it feels like they need more direct and experienced people to handle technical questions on how the software should and can work. Being able to allow people to see the work in the progress without opening program. Takes a small amount of time to get an understanding how it works and what to do. I use it every single day whether to find files, look at the work, or work on the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You cannot dowlnoad files on mobile app. Once I needed to print a drawing which was on ACC, but I couldn't manage to download it from there, and I needed to come back to university, send file to onedrive, and then come back to printing office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my role as a quantity surveyor my main use of ACC is for tender/bid management and drawing reviews. The feature I like best from ACC would be the easy access to the various models for swift reviews of details accompanied with the facility to take measurements directly from this also. Allows for easy cross checking while compiling bills of quantities and the like. I also like the drawing comparison feature which overlays two revisions with one another and highlights where the differences are. During the ever changing process within a live tender this is a life saver for ensuring we capture the design as it evolves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RFI's. At present we need to raise an RFI in a seperate section of the system and upload/reference the drawings that have been reviewed as part of the RFI however, previously this was more seamless with the RFI's being noted against the drawings in question. Ive been using ACC for almost 2 years now within my role as a Project Manager and really like some of their features such as issues and Issues, RFI and Correspondence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is different in that it is an AutoCad software so it opens files and drawings in a vector form and is not always very easy to read or review as the loading is not very fast. It's better to download a large file and use a PDF reader rather than click page to page as it loads. This is by far the one feature that I would like to see changed. It's great for looking at drawings but not to review paperwork documents like contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
