They're good at their job. But they're also 100% in your corner when troubleshooting tech issues, etc, even when that isn't strictly part of the remit. Growing pains are common to most of us, and Authority Ventures was no exception. A few years back, there seemed to be a few points missed here and there due to team growth and churn. Authority Ventures team is very bright and has a very strong operational process. They made the task of creating a lot of content consistently feel very smooth and efficient. Their content was well done. They learned about our business, and they were very quickly able to speak/write as an expert on paid social advertising. The only area Authortity Ventures can improve on is increasing their bandwidth. The team has big clients, and their bandwidth is probably stretched.
