I do not have any kind of problem or inconvenience with the service, since it has been very useful, but it would be perfect if they added features to their system, it would be something additional, and they tried to couple it for mobile devices in this way it is much easier to handle. the service a service only online or by computer can be somewhat frustrating, it would be a radical change if they did it directly to a mobile device and very well received. I don't have any kind of problem regarding the software that has worked very well, the tools are coupled, the financial area is much more stable and so far we have not had any kind of problem with the use of the system, however if it can improve much more by offering features additional or optimization. This platform is an excellent tool to capture some bank fraud and the best is based on the cloud, these long checklists are no longer required, and the audit tools allow to deliver concrete and general results to see if there are risks or solutions to keep the company stable.
