Within the SOX hub, when looking at the archive from a previous year, I find it challenging that the workstream requests (PBC requests) linked to each control do not show up. I've had issues with cross-functional permissions which have been challenging to enable certain aspects. This has hindered the setup and efficient use of AuditBoard for my needs. There needs to be better permissioning when setting up AuditBoard for smoother operation across teams. Additionally, during the initial setup, not all data was in a compatible format when transitioning from Excel, requiring extra configuration effort on my part.
