Inability to conclude on ITGC effectiveness by system. We have controls that are applicable to 90 in scope systems and we cannot document conclusions by system within the control.

Everything is in one place - evidence collection, documentation, testing and issues. Easy to use and see prior year.

A couple things that stick out is when adding work papers, you have to add them in a specific order to show up according to your narrative.  Haven't found a way to rearrange.  Another area would be deleting work papers and having to 'check out first before deleting.

**What do you like best about Optro?**

I like how easy AuditBoard makes it to document and test SOX controls. Once you learn the system, linking information is simple and intuitive. The platform also offers a vast library of resources, including trainings, guides, and recorded learning sessions, making it easy to find answers or get closer to a solution with a little research.

What truly stands out, though, is the community AuditBoard has built. The platform fosters knowledge-sharing on a level I’ve never experienced before—connecting me with auditors across the globe to troubleshoot solutions and discuss best practices. I’ve interacted with and learned from more auditors through AuditBoard than I ever could have through my local CPA chapter, which speaks volumes about its reach and impact. 

I also like the fact so many of AuditBoard's employees come from the audit industry. They know what I am looking for or to do, and they actually come out with a lot of enhancements based on their experiences auditing.

**What do you dislike about Optro?**

AuditBoard does not do the best with letting clients know about issues happening within their system that are impacting users and sometimes we only find out after we submit a service desk ticket in. Examples include times when we could not download our testing documents and this was a known issue affecting multiple customers, yet we did not learn that this issue was being worked on until after a ticket was submitted. Customer support does do well with working with you once a ticket is submitted which is a positive, I just think they could be more proactive.

It is the repository for all of our working papers. It's our one stop solution to the current year and all prior year work papers becuase you can access it all through the site.

The user friendliness and quick updating/movement of the platform. Customer support has been helpful. Many available features.  We use it daily and its easy to integrate into daily functions.

The price has increased more than we would have preferred. Since the acquisition, the quality of support has declined. It no longer feels like practitioners helping other practitioners; instead, it now seems like software professionals assisting customers.

Soxhub makes it much more convenient to manage everything, as all controls are centralized in one location rather than being scattered across a shared drive or Teams site. I also appreciate the automated PBCs, which streamline the process further.

There is no offline mode available, which becomes a significant issue during outages.

Live RCM brings together all control information, testing details, and historical data on a single page, making it easy to access everything in one place. This setup also streamlines PBC requests by allowing control owners to manage them more efficiently.

Very simple to use, there are videos available for users to watch and learn about the tool. AI feature is being integrated and it saves a lot of time.

There is no save button in most places and accidental changes are saved automatically. Need to contact admins to roll it back.

The system as a whole lacks smooth integration between its modules. It feels as though the software was developed by ten different people, each responsible for a separate module, and then all the pieces were simply combined into one platform.

All information is stored in a single, easily accessible location, making it simple to find what you need. Managing data for the various entities it tracks is straightforward and does not require the use of spreadsheets.

Obtaining support for integrations can be challenging. At the moment, I am experiencing issues with getting the Alteryx integration to function properly within AuditBoard.

It appears that the modules have been developed separately, resulting in overlapping features across the system. I would appreciate a greater focus on standardizing functionality and improving the way each module integrates with the others.

The platform helps to standardize processes while also providing an interface that is easy to use. Additionally, it offers access to data that can be easily reported.

This software is easy to use and highly intuitive. It offers an excellent workflow that streamlines the review process through automation. Additionally, there are many modules available, which adds to its versatility.

**What do you dislike about Optro?**

There is a high turnover rate among customer support staff, which can make it difficult to get consistent help. The product itself is quite expensive, and on top of that, you have to buy extra modules and different tiers just to access all the features you need.

**What do you like best about Optro?**

I think my favorite thing about Auditboard is the ability to incorporate just about any file format - whether that be excel spreadsheet, word document, pdf, outlook file, powerpoint slide, etc! Not only can you incorporate almost any file format, but you can open it for editing and when you're done, you can save it and it updates the document to include the changes that were made. Having a centralized one-stop shop for an audit department is a must, and auditoard exceeds all other competition!

**What do you dislike about Optro?**

The price. With all the included features, a higher price is to be expected. Nonetheless, it's worth every penny!

Helping to maintain organization and the ability to keep track of assignments & projects with ease. Also, the user-friendliness of Auditboard makes it easy for anyone to learn and excel in!

Like the integration between ITRM , TPRM & Cross comply in one tool.

One issue is that it lacks the same level of support for access in ITRM. For instance, we are unable to make comments on risks visible to our stakeholders. Currently, comments can only be seen by those who are tagged or by users who have stakeholder access.

It offers a centralized place to manage the risk register, as well as a single location for controls, threats, policies, and frameworks.

AuditBoard SOXHub provides easy ability to make updates to controls and relevant information related to the controls as well as exporting all of the information in order to customize or evaluate the information outside of AuditBoard. It is also easy to navigate between the different elements.

When list views are updated, you have to manually click save for it to remain the way you customized it.

The Risk Assessment section isn't very effective for our needs. Additionally, we would benefit from having more custom fields available in OpsAudit.
