I like how easy the tool is to use, and how intuitive the screens and interfaces feel. The interface is straightforward, which makes it accessible for both beginners and experienced professionals. I also appreciate the way it connects objectives, risks, causes, consequences, mitigation strategies, mitigation actions, key risk indicators (KRIs), sub-risks, and other related elements in one coherent flow. My experience has been wonderful overall. On the rare occasions when I ran into an issue, the technical support team responded promptly and helped get it resolved. Auditboard is a tool for managing everything related to the application of audits, findings, auditable entities, among other strong features that the tool possesses. However, a very strong point is its great capacity for customization of Dashboard-type indicators, thanks to the tool it natively includes, Power BI. The possibilities with this integration are only limited by imagination. Any metric and Dashboard can be achieved, which will be natively integrated into the platform. An area of opportunity that can be improved is increasing the possibilities in managing user information, being able to fully construct the personnel hierarchies, something that is addressed through Power BI, but it can undoubtedly be much better naturally. I truly appreciate AuditBoard's integration with AI, which significantly enhances the efficiency of substantive reviews of workpapers. This feature streamlines my workflow and allows for more accurate and timely completion of tasks. Furthermore, I find the initial setup of AuditBoard to be super intuitive, which made the adoption process smooth and stress-free. Optro provides an all in one package solution for our GRC requirements providing a centralised platform to house our risks and controls as well as perform testing over these. The learning resources are not adequate for what is an incredibly complex set of interacting systems. There is so much information it is difficult to find answers to a precise query. The AI chat, Abbi, also doesn't ask relevant questions (regarding permissions and environment) before attempting to answer, so as recent implementers it is often a long and taxing process trying to understand how to use and navigate the system we have bought into. What I like best about Optro is that it provides a centralized location for documenting control performance, review procedures, and supporting evidence. The main downside is that the process can sometimes feel administratively burdensome, particularly when the same information or supporting documentation is already maintained elsewhere.
