"The best consumer intelligence tool I've tried so far!"

What do you like best about Audiense?

The segmentation - I've yet to find another tool that does this so well.

Basically, once you set up an audience, Audiense will automatically create several segments based on their common affinities.

This is incredibly useful from a marketing point of view as it gives you the tools you need to create truly targeted and personalized marketing and advertising campaigns: on social media, your blog, your content, even in print/TV and other offline mediums...pretty much anywhere you want to run a campaign.

And in some cases, the segmentation can even help you new business opportunities that you might've otherwise missed.

What do you dislike about Audiense?

Nothing comes to mind, really - the platform is really intuitive to use and the segmentation is incredibly powerful (as I mentioned earlier, I've yet to find another tool that does this, never mind this well!)

What problems is Audiense solving and how is that benefiting you?

In short, it's all about finding out who to target, how to target them, what platforms to use. The main problem it helps with is enhancing your marketing campaigns (and it helps with all types of marketing, from ads to content to social media and to influencer marketing).

I mostly use it for 3 big reasons: finding out how to enhance my marketing campaigns, for improving online advertising results (using the Audiense Targeting Pack which is a really cool feature for advertisers) and for discovering new business opportunities (based on each segments' audience).

Occasionally, I'll also use it for some competitive research :)

"Audiense has become an indispensable tool to identify all possible market audiences for my products."

The "Interests" analysis and the AI capabilities to identify any audience personality, highly valuable to build a powerful buyer persona. I tried many tools but there is no match for this incredible platform, very valuable for any digital marketing strategy.

May have a little uncertain data within very small segments in small countries or geographies.

What do you like best about Audiense?

Innovative & actionable audience intelligence insights that any business can use to enhance their macro digital strategy.

The ability to segment audiences is extremely powerful, and having worked with Audiense for a number of years I have seen how the team has worked tiredlessly to enhance this functionality.

You can use Audiense to undertake competitor research as well as market research for those audiences that follow relevant media / brands in your industry.

It can help you to 1) develop profitable buyer personas; 2) undertake competitor audience research; 3) build out PR prospect lists of influencers; 4) structure your paid media campaigns; 5) plan your SEO strategy user-first.

I would recommend Audiense as a go-to tool for any companies (large or small) looking to get a better understanding of their online audience and opportunities to grow into new audiences.

"Amazing Tool"

What do you like best about Audiense?

Audiense has a good reach and makes it easy to add new sources. The account support has always been good with Audiense Insights and Connect to create tailored audiences on Twitter to target relevant key messages and call to actions for different audience sets through Twitter Ads. Audiense has an easy-to-use interface that makes it simple to get started.

What do you dislike about Audiense?

Pricy at some point if you want both connect and insights and it could have been good if they review their prices.

What problems is Audiense solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main challenge was to target the relevant key messages to the right audiences while making this high-level policy meeting relevant to a mass audience and decision-makers.

What do you like best about Audiense?

The clustering algorithms that they use to naturally segment and identify personas is advanced and delivers intuitively sound results regardless of how complex or nuanced an audience you throw at it.

The insights gained from uploading an audience into their platform are incredible and are always eye-oping for our clients.

What do you dislike about Audiense?

I always wish that we could predict more attributes about audience members but in most cases it just comes down to a lack of publicly available data from the audience members.

What do you like best about Audiense?

Provides deep insight into segments, influencers of these segments and psychographics of these segments. This type of insight is extremely useful as a way into the real drivers of online/offline conversation on any topic. Audiense has created an elegant Insights dashboard with oodles of sections, dials and whistles to help ferret out all sorts of useful information about a specific audience related to a keyword, hashtag, theme, or persona type. Also, it is very helpful to have multiple social links next to each influencer on the Influencers tab, for deeper research into specific individuals.

What do you dislike about Audiense?

I would like to see a more fleshed out "dossier style" breakdown of each individual audience member and each individual influencer.

Recommendations to others considering Audiense:

The Insights section of Audiense is truly un-equalled in terms of providing deep, nitty-gritty guidance about specific segments.

What problems is Audiense solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are finding ambassadors for the brands, banks and financial services groups we work with (using the Influencers tab on the Insights dashboard. We are identifying individuals who command attention/drive awareness on topics amongst finely vetted subject matter expert groups. We are able to really dig deep and find current thought leaders using Audiense.

"Key tool for gathering customer insights"

What do you like best about Audiense?

I like that I can use multiple ways to find niche audiences, including people engaging with content, brand connection, self-description keywords and recent activity. There is a very powerful engine that allows me to craft very niche groups to match my clients' specific requirements.

In terms of insights, Audiense provides me with a deeper understanding of an audience or each cluster, not just based on declared information. I can enrich each persona with their demographic, behaviours, personality and brand/media preferences. Combining Audiense information with the understanding of the local nuances in the market, I can deliver richer and more actionable insights.

I also like the granularity of information. Most of the time, I combine Audiense with a social listening platform, enriching conversations with profiling information.

What do you dislike about Audiense?

I dislike that comparing more than one cluster is a very manual task, taking some time to identify what the differentiating characteristics of each. I'd like to be able to monitor and compare changes in clusters between each other and across time in a more visual way.

Also, I would like to have all the audience segmentation possibilities of the Audiense Connect on the Audiense Insights feature.

What problems is Audiense solving and how is that benefiting you?

Audiense helps us to turn data-points into personas. Using Audiense Connect and Audiense Insights, I can go one step further with my clients. Not only telling them what their target audiences talking about or what are their unmet needs, but I can also answer where and when to reach them, how to engage them and what they look like.

Personally, I think Audiense is a powerful tool to data-inform content creation, campaign ideation and new target strategies.
