"Intelligent Automation that Tripled Our Activity"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I really like AskAttio because it saves 70% of the team's time and creates tasks in the CRM, helping to execute intelligently. Call Intelligence also stands out, integrating meetings into deals and increasing the intelligence of Ask and our decisions. The ease of creating and editing objects and API is something I also greatly appreciate. Furthermore, the configuration of Attio was very simple, using the Import2 migrator and Claude Code in the terminal to normalize data, which allowed us to migrate everything in a short time and with little effort. By the third day, AskAttio was already mining the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The structure of Tasks is very simple and could allow adding some custom field to facilitate the visualization of indicators about Tasks. Also, the text structure of the fields is Wall Text and does not allow line breaks or the use of bullet points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible CRM with Strong Automation, Needs Workflow Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like how you can build workflows and how intuitive it is to move people from different pipelines. I also like how you can create custom attributes to filter things according to the needs of your business or product lines. I really like that you can divide things by products by adding custom attributes. I like that it keeps everything organized, and by clicking a little search button, you can quickly find anything you need. I also appreciate the intelligence feature that helps with briefing and provides summaries before calls if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I think there should be an option to search a record, whether it’s a company or people that is at a certain stage or in a column. That would make a big difference. Also, improving the workflows is needed. Sometimes, for example, I tried creating a workflow to manually select people from a list to enroll them in a sequence, but it kept saying I couldn't. Making the workflows more intuitive and actually work for Atio's customer's needs would be beneficial. Another thing missing is connecting to a lead gen service to find emails and contact info, so everything remains within Attio without needing external platforms. "Effortless CRM Management with Attio"
4/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like using Attio because it makes navigation simple, with only a few areas to manage, and the data entry and manipulation grids are easy to handle. I appreciate that reporting is generally clean and easy to analyze, providing a clear view of the entire pipeline in a much neater way. It's convenient to have all customer and prospect data organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The user experience of building reports is a bit challenging. Could be simplified further for the layman. Also, the initial setup took longer than expected due to Zapier integration challenges, although it was a new experience for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Lead Management with Some Navigation Hurdles"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I find Attio really great for piping in leads from various surfaces online and integrating them with our systems. It's fantastic how it collects leads using just an email or company name. I like that it has all the integrations we need on the developer side to build out plugins with other tools, like enriching data via Clay. It works really well with our other systems, and I love that it’s still effective even as our company has doubled in size. Setup was super easy, and from the developer's side, building out plugins with Attio is very quick and easy. Attio is still working really well for us, even better now that we have more people on our GTM team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Attio is a little bit confusing to navigate. It's definitely a lot to go into and hard to build your own systems. It's confusing and you don't know what other team members are seeing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable, Easy-to-Use CRM for Effortless Data Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

It’s highly customizable and easy to use. It works great as a CRM and as a data-tracking tool, making it simple to organize and keep track of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Since it’s super customizable, it can be a bit tricky at first to learn how to update and refine processes, but the Attio team makes it easier and is there to help you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Easy to Set Up, and Simple to Customize"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

Very flexible, and it can easily be shaped to do what you need. It’s also easy to get up and running, with a low learning curve. Tagging the data the way you want is straightforward as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

This is very specific to my use case as a VC, but I don't like how if you add a note to a deal then that note does not also appear on the company page of that deal as well. Sometimes you have to duplicate work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use with Clear Documentation and an Intuitive UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

The product is easy to use, with clear documentation and an intuitive UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I’d like to see more templates and additional prompting options to support a faster workflow and make automation development quicker and easier. Email marketing automation could also be more streamlined so it’s easier to locate, and having more metrics around deliverability would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-powered CRM with Deep Platform Understanding and Flexible MCP Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

Easily customizable with MCP. AI understands platform well, and is able lead development much more independently than other legacy CRMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

UI is a little challenging, especially finding related records. I also wish it was easier to customize the UI with the MCP. Currently I have Claude Cowork in Chrome updating the UI and it's not ideal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless customer management and excellent support"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like the automatic enrichment of customer information and the overview of what team members are doing with the customers. This helps me with the content preparation for appointments and provides an overview of market information and what is happening with the customer. Additionally, the initial setup of Attio was easy, especially thanks to the great support from the Attio team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

So far, everything is working very well and we are still getting to know the system. We are excited about the APIs and the connections to other applications - especially the connection with Intranet (SharePoint) and task management (JIRA) for projects and services. It would be desirable to have additional functions to access individual project areas in SharePoint and JIRA from the deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive CRM with a Clean UI and Clear Learning Academy"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I love that attio is intuitive - not just for long time sales / marketing / staff with exposure to CRM platforms, but for everyone. This has been pretty broad feedback from across the organisation. Unlike other platforms (salesforce, hubspot), there's no steep learning curve. The concepts make sense, the UI is cleanly laid out and familiar, and the help doco (learning academy in particular) is relevant, focused and clear.

Integration have been largely painless, although I think there is some room for improvement (will talk more about this). Perfomance is generally good, although we do notice some page load latency from time to time and pricing sits well for us, given our company size.

We haven't fully dived into the AI functionality yet, but we are excited to do so shortly - we've read about these features but as we are still in the onboarding stage, haven't fully explored them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

We haven't noticed any major downsides, especially compared to other CRM systems we have used in the past. We do have a bit of a wishlist of areas that we feel could be improved:

1. Workflows - Workflows are great and we can do most basic automation tasks, but we feel like they are lacking a little bit of depth / advanced functionality. We've had to fall back to custom webhooks / n8n to process some more demanding flows. One particular pain point is around formulas - we feel that this could be a little more powerful, as we've struggled to do things like calculations against dates (for example, trying to calculate a deal time-to-close value)

2. Integrations- These have generally been painless and we have implemented integrations via the API (very good - good doco and DX) and via apps. We feel that the apps need a bit more refinements - clearer documentation, better searching of the app catalog.}

3. Permission model / setting- we've sometimes struggled with getting permission correct as we feel the setting of permissions is a bit inconsistent and hidden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
