**What do you like best about Attest?**

I love how easy the product is to use, how responsive, clued up and nice the team are, as well as the handy live chat for speedy responses. The interface looks great and the reports are useful to share with stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

We run a lot of incentivised surveys to our internal database and so we still need to use typeform alongside Attest to handle this. It would be awesome if I could use Attes for both internal and external audiences.

**What problems is Attest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're leaning more about our audiences through Attest surveys, so we can generat tailored content. We're also using the platform to evaluate our brand health metrics.

It's not a dislike but targeting only goes so deep, so it's not possible to be extremely specific, but that's not really an issue.

**What do you like best about Attest?**

Much faster than using a traditional agency, and comes with ample support so even a relatively inexperienced market researcher can build robust surveys quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

Our brand focuses commercially on older men, and like any research panel that's the segment that's usually slowest to respond to requests for feedback. Not really Attest''s fault though.

**What problems is Attest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need market research to support both our PR outreach and our internal business decisions, and turning around panel data in hours or days is always helpful in both cases.

It is straightforward and you can reach a full sample in hours/days, helping to fast track projects. It also has a superb team of customer representatives that assist any time it is needed.

I think a little more functionality / versatility of certain question structures would be helpful. For example, allowing for a sliding quantitative scale response on the grid questions would be helpful.

Very easy and fairly simple to use. A good balance of complex survey writing combined with usability.

The struggle getting a true Nat Rep audience (basically lack of elderly people). I understand why it's an issue as it's a tech-led platform but it is a major downside

Easy to use with enough functionality for my day to day role. Also, feedback response is relatively quick to get a fast answer for urgent questions.

Downside about attest and this may be lack of knowledge, is the the number of respondents for each survey, but also, I'm unsure of who is answering the questions and how it targets people.

Attest assists in the time issues we'd need with 3rd party agencies, and because we're able to build this ourselves, I'm able to help ask the questions from how I envision it.

The platform is easy to use, which makes putting a survey together so quick and simple. You can watch the results as they come in, and the ACE team are super helpful!

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

There isn't much to dislike, just that we add a lot of images to our questions - it would be great if these images could pull through onto the PowerPoint results. It would also be great to be able to add videos to the questions as files rather than a youtube link.

When launching a new product, Attest has been a really useful tool for us as we can send out a survey to quickly gauge interest within our target market. We have used the results to tailor our product launches to suit the needs of the consumer.

The simplicity of use and creation of surveys tailored to the campaign objective and measurement KPI. And it is very competitive compared to competitors
The reporting feature is also amazing!

No particular downsides or flaws.
The only thing that would be amazing would be to be able to use the same panel pre and post-survey to strengthen the data and analysis!

Fieldwork is very quick, which makes it a more attractive offer than going with traditional panel providers. The survey scripting is also very simple, making it easy for anyone to pick up!

The platform is still relatively new, which means it still has some issues to iron out. The platform is tricky with launching and analyzing data in several markets.

Attest is an easy-to-use tool, and it is super quick to build a survey as well as getting the results in. I love that Attest is open about their roadmap and are continuously improving and adding new features.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

We've had some poor quality responses from time to time (these can be removed but needs to be done by Attest) and the organisation of surveys can be a bit better (it easily gets messy).

**What do you like best about Attest?**

Having expert support from Andrada to help resolve some of our more complicated routing and screening issues. Knowing that someone is there before pressing the button to go live takes away any fear that we may have had about self-administered research surveys. The platform itself is also easy-to-use and intuitive and I can see the way that Attest listens to feedback by releasing new features.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

Having to buy a full-year subscription. As a marketing consultancy using Attest as part of our service offering, it's a bit touch and go as to whether we will have enough confirmed business to justify the annual subscription cost. 
With the platform itself, comparing surveys isn't always the easiest thing to do - you do have to be pretty confident with pivot tables to get the full insight from the data.

**Recommendations to others considering Attest:**

We looked at several different options before deciding to take out a subscription with Attest. The platform itself is extremely easy-to-use, has many useful features which are constantly being reviewed, improved and added to. The cost of each survey is entirely transparent so you always know exactly how much you're spending and the panel is audited to ensure quality and that it is nationally representative. What we've been most impressed by is the expert 1-2-1 support from Andrada who has reviewed every survey before it goes live and helped us to resolve some complex issues in terms of routing and screening.

Quick and easy-to-access feedback from a verified nationally representative database has helped Atalante to undertake a range of strategic marketing projects for our clients who might otherwise struggle to access this kind of insight. Our research with Attest has covered a wide range of topics including NPD concept testing, creative advertising testing, usage and attitude insight and market sizing.

- A very flexible user-friendly platform where you can gain valuable insights. 
- The support team are great (my fav aspect of the Attest), they can't do enough to support the whole process from learning about running surveys to maximising the use of the platform to understanding the results.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

- There isn't anything I dislike, but I think if along with the credit balance it would be useful to see the £ equivalent at a glance might be useful.

- (this might exist but I'm not sure) It would be nice to see affordable options for start-up companies that would value the great insight  that Attest can gather

How quickly you can collect valuable data from a customizable audience. Also, like the flexibility of cutting the data as to drive deeper insights.

There is manual work involved with programming the survey but it does get easier after a few.

Attest is a great tool if you have a basic understanding of research principles and need a fast and cost-effective way to survey a population. The support team can provide technical and methodology assistance to ensure you are putting out a well-designed questionnaire. it's also great to have the analytics tool at your fingertips to cut the data as you see fit. If you have never dealt with research or surveys before, a more full-service research firm might be the first step before diving into an assisted self-serve platform.

Research usually takes a long time to set up and execute with full-service agencies. This is easier for an agile business that needs information quickly.

**What do you like best about Attest?**

Attest is intuitive by design. When I was new to survey-writing, it offers suggestions for improving the wording so that insights won't be biased. Being able to export the results quickly into Excel means I can report on the results in a quick and easy way. I'm able to share a link with my stakeholders to review the questions with no issues and it's simple for them to understand. You can also re-run a survey and compare the results side-by-side to see what has changed. If your survey is taking a little while, you can speak to the team to give it a boost. The customer support are also on hand from a speedy chat box when you need them.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

The statistical significance could be improved as I know some people in our team who use this pop the results into their own stat sig calculator. You're also only able to set quotas on questions that are qualifying questions - you have to separate it into 2 surveys which isn't the end of the world but means flicking back and forth.

Attest is one of our top agencies / platform providers to work with: let them be yours too

I have used Attest to understand the size of the market in a category where we are struggling to get data. It has helped us make key decisions such as whether to roll out a specific product based on how many customers would purchase it, or which design to trial in store. So very practical and applicable to real decisions that we wouldn't have been able to answer so confidently without Attest.

**What do you like best about Attest?**

Attest is quick and easy to use and wherever I've had directly comparable results from more expensive platforms/brand trackers I've seen Attest's results correlate with them really closely. Results come back quickly and the ability to break down demographically is really useful for us. The breadth of the audience that Attest has is good/I think wider than other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

I haven't had many issues and the ones I've had, have been addressed quickly. I had an issue exporting a particular list of multiple-choice answers, they responded within an hour and they helped me with it.

**Recommendations to others considering Attest:**

For us its been a great fit, we run surveys in the UK and have found Attest really useful, we've renewed with them a few times.

We use Attest for brand tracking, planning and ad hoc surveys. We use it to quickly explore and refine hypotheses. It's also a point of difference for us versus other agencies - I think the quality of data is better.

- Designated survey expert and account manager who is always available to help out with survey structuring, questions about Attest, etc.
- Detailed targeting filters
- Ability to ask unlimited qualifying questions
- Variety of question types
- Ability to add images to both questions and answers
- Great visualizations (e.g. word cloud for open response questions, one-click to make a powerpoint presentation with all the survey responses in graph form, etc.)

- Some limitations, e.g. questions and answers have a limited # of characters, can't link out to a prototype/can only use images/screenshots

**What problems is Attest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attest is providing a solid surveying tool that lets you understand your target market if you aren't able to go directly to your customers. It also acts as a great option for people who aren't experts in user testing, as Attest provides you with a survey expert who is ready to help out whenever needed. Additionally, Attest lets you keep track of all of your surveys in one place, which comes in handy if you want to compare two surveys, look at how brand perception has changed over time, etc.

**What do you like best about Attest?**

The team is always on hand to help with whatever query I have - I have never felt like my ask is either too big or small! The features improve every month and the team is always open to hearing feedback and engaging with their customers.  

Results are very fast and reliable, being able to access international consumers in a single space is a big bonus.

Nothing at all that I can think of - everything has been positive :)

Attest is always looking to improve its platform and I have been invited to provide feedback or test Beta features on a few occasions. One issue we worked on together was to be able to remove demographic quotas if the survey was struggling to fill - it was great to be involved with that process.

The fieldwork is completed generally quite quickly, especially with a Nat Rep sample, which makes my life much easier. There's been a lot of improvements lately it being able to have display logic for different questions, which was greatly needed.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

At the moment, there are limited capabilities in some areas e.g. no negative logic for screen outs / qualifying; no qualifying possible on grid questions; you can only have either display logic, or pull through answers to another question not both

Attest is helping us to do quick tests on market wide consumers, rather than our own customer base. That's allowing our teams (prodominantly brand marketing) understand where our current customers' opinions differ from the rest of the market, plus identify the behaviours and attitudes of potential new customers we are yet to acquire

We operate in multiple markets and being able to gather insights from each of them as quickly, easily, and at a standard price is a game-changer for how we do research. The support team at Attest are always professional, friendly, and go beyond to provide assistance.  Our use-case is atypical, and we have still found immense value from our contract.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

As a researcher, I have used a few different platforms, and I find Attest's interface to leave a little to be desired. I have also experienced some minor functionality not yet developed. However, I was always able to work with my support team and find a workaround, and the platform has improved over the course of my contract.

Attest is user-friendly and allows you to go deep into understanding consumer behaviour, preference and profile. You can run surveys for your existing consumer base free of charge using your CRM lists, or use credits to run them externally, both of which are highly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

I think more visuals (graphs etc) that can just be downloaded would be great for presentations. If you're having to pull together many summary decks it can be tedious to have to create your own and it's a nice, digestible way for people to see the data (e.g. pie charts showing % etc)

We're attempting to ask the right questions about what consumers actually want and need, before investing valuable time and resource into developing features or offerings that won't deliver ROI.

Setting up a survey is easy as the platform is intuitive and generally straightforward to use - and there is also great support available from the ACE team to answer any questions and ensure we are using the platform to its full capacity.

I would love to have a more visual dashboard to analyse the data quickly and draw insights.

We lauched a brand tracking survey to a fairly niche audience, which Attest has enabled us to do really easily. The targeting is very clear, and we were surprised by how quickly the survey gathered responses even with this smaller audience, which other platforms didn't seem to be able to do. We've also used Attest in other areas of the business such as to collect customer insights.

**What do you like best about Attest?**

It's so intuitive it makes creating surveys super simple, and the support you get from the Attest team is amazing. They're always happy to check over surveys to make sure everything is in order and suggest any changes that might help get more succinct and useful answers without bias or leading.

The speed in which we receive responses is so quick we can create a survey and have it completed within a day or so. 

The downloadable reports at the end are so valuable and a great way of sharing the results without having to sift through all the data yourself to create a report - it's all done for you.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

There isn't really anything I dislike about Attest. We had one survey that took a while to gather enough respondents but that was because we were looking for a very particular group of people so it was to be expected, and actually it was great that we could filter out and find those particular people.

**What problems is Attest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often need real-world insights and opinions from particular sectors of society and Attest gives us the freedom to hear first-hand from the people we need to speak to and find out how they feel about certain products and experiences so we can feed that back to our clients to make improvements.

The most helpful thing about attest is having someone to contact with my many queries. Nick, who is our main point of contact is so helpful and gets back to me really quickly. I was also really impressed with the attest brand summit, I didn't know what to expect but found the day so interesting and I'm really pleased I went.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

When I first went on it I found it a little bit difficult to understand. It would be good if there were some sort of induction process for people who are new to attest e.g. an initial meeting to run through the platfom. Or even ongoing training sessions as I'd expect I'm not fully making the most out of it!

**Recommendations to others considering Attest:**

Worth trying, it's been a really handy tool and can be used for lots of different insight and market research questions.

Very quick and in general relatively intuitive platform to navigate and use 
Able to tailor the audience and use qualifying questions to look at specific demographics easily

Only a couple of things come to mind, the main one being the significance testing in-built into the platform. For simplistic checks often I have to lift the data out of the platform.
Have found that sometimes due to an occasional bug or glitch, I am unable to filter data in the way I would like or there is a delay in launching a survey but usually, this is minor.

A variety of different problems, mainly developing a greater understanding of our customer in general across a broad range of topics with a fast turnaround in doing so.

The platform is really easy to use even if you are just starting out. Surveys are easy to build and the support team are great at helping with queries on survey design to make sure you are getting the best results. Being able to export results straight into a presentation is a great feature as well if you don't need to look into things too deeply but also having the ability to export all the data and perform your own analysis is great.

**What do you dislike about Attest?**

There isn't a lot that springs to mind for dislikes the platform continues to develop and improve functionality. Sometimes surveys that are trying to fill certain demographics towards the end can slow and take longer to complete but again the support team are great at providing any assistance they can and this isn't a frequent issue.

Attest allows us a self-service tool we can use for gaining fast and up-to-date insights across a range of topics/products/services with the ability to tailor each survey to the questions we are trying to answer or the insights we are trying to gain.
