What do you like best about Attention?

Attention has been a great add to our sales stack. We now can easily onboard sales reps who can review calls, get efficient coaching, and prompt their own calls. Peer reviewing is also powerful. The team was dedicated to help us integrate easily. The team now uses Attention on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Attention?

Responsive to issues, ease of use of the application, willingness to support our use cases, snippets, MEDDPICC automation, integration to SFDC for pushing data, mobile app, CEO, CTO, sales rep have all been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Attention?

Hey there! I just had to share my thoughts on Attention.tech – it's been a game-changer for us, seriously!

So, Attention.tech does this magic thing with HubSpot deal fields. It uses key insights from the voices of our prospects to generate all of our deal fields automatically, It's like having a personal assistant for all that boring stuff. We've saved so much time and headache. The AI is also like an email wizard. It whips up these super comprehensive emails that make us look like pros. It's like having a secret weapon for killer communication with our prospects.

What do you dislike about Attention?

What do you like best about Attention?

My favorite Attention feature is the insights tab. Being able to so quickly generate really specific insights from each call is so helpful in sending pinpoint proposal and refreshing myself on older convos before I reconnect. What do you dislike about Attention?

I'm a solopreneur so I miss out on a lot of the features that are designed for teams and those are some of the most useful features so that's a bummer but even as a single user the tech is so valuable to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Attention?

I love that Attention can push call notes + important pieces of info from a call directly into our CRM (HubSpot) & park that data wherever we need it - whether it's a property, note, etc. Attention's call analysis is top notch, too! It summarizes the most important info for closing as well as positive moments & personal soundbites that are really useful for giving a human touch throughout the sales process.

Attention will synthesize call data into a follow-up email which is a big time saver for our reps.

Perhaps most importantly, Attention is really easy to use! Adoption on our previous software was really poor because the UI left a lot to be desired, but Attention makes it so easy that reps actually want to use the software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Shortly after onboarding we encountered an issue where Attention couldn't find certain HubSpot deals to link the call to. However, I hopped on a quick call with Conor & Anis to figure out a solution & we haven't had any issues since!

Hiccups are bound to happen during onboarding, but Attention made onboarding a breeze & service post-onboarding blows the competition out of the water! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Attention is an amazing tool that has helped me save time and capture important details in conversations. It allows me to quickly go back and review conversations, and I can easily find the key takeaways and next steps. It's also great for using email templates to quickly generate conversation summaries.
