**What do you like best about Atonom?**

We have been able to track accounts better, and have accounts that we want to engage with interact with the bots. We then get notified of this account engaging and can talk to them in real time

Like most software, you do need to iterate to find what works best for you.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Closing our sales cycle by getting in touch with accounts in real time, instead of them filling out a form and waiting for us to call

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

Chat funnels let us see which cities and organizations are on our website and it also lets us chat with them right on the sight or get alerts depending on what they do on the site so we can email or call them. It’s definitely helped us in closing deals faster and probably a few more than we would have had with our old process on the website.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Nothing really, their support is really responsive so if you do have a problem you can talk with them quickly and get it resolved.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving website conversion and getting more customers. It’s helped us with both those we also see new customers that come through chat funnels become customers faster than other website leads.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

Setting up conversation paths was very intuitive and easy to set up with little to no training. The messages are also laid out in a way that makes them easy to visualize and build a complex conversation tree without getting too confusing.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

When we began with this software it was clear that it was still somewhat in its infancy. It did not have more advanced abilities to customize your chat bot's appearance/size and we did have some challenges excluding certain user paths from seeing the bot messages. It sounded like most of these features were in the process of being added.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us direct site website traffic and turn them into qualified leads with ease.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

The best part about the system is that we didn’t get pushed into buying it. They asked us about us, our problems and found how they could help. This low pressure was refreshing and simple for us to say yes. The account management team has been amazing with all they do to help us use the system to the fullest without trying to upsell us without a need.

As for the system, it’s a hard concept to understand and the teams help us put it all into place and teach us simple ideas to start and build on that. We are now able to find more leads and grow our business overall with leads that are coming on to the site all along and we didn’t even know about them, but now we do.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

It takes time to learn, but the teams are all there to help and reply to us quickly. Thanks for the help.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helped us solve a problem we didn’t even know we had until we heard about it and started noticing the holes in our marketing reports of not knowing all the people on the site but now we do know them as we can now identify and target.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

We love including ChatFunnels in all of our ABE campaigns because they're able to consistently identify our target accounts and creating unique experiences for these accounts is so simple on their platform. Building segments, bots, and plays is simple and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

There is are so many features to this product that we occasionally get lost in the tool. It helps to have their support team constantly giving us recommendations though because they help us make sure we're taking advantage of everything ChatFunnels has to offer.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ABE efforts were weak before ChatFunnels because we didn't have any way to personalize our website engagement for the accounts we've been targeting. ChatFunnels has helped us build more robust ABE campaigns.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

They are helping me get more done with less. They bring everything together that I need to efficiently and effectively engage with my accounts. Their PlayRunner makes it easy to custom design the visitor experience. My current customers go to my support team, visitors that match my ideal customer profile go to my sales  team as well as triggering a long-term email drip campaign that helps warm up potential accounts for more engagement.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Not a lot to say here. They're definitely a young company with opportunities to grow and refine their product. They're moving fast which sometimes results in bugs, but they're quick to respond and get things fixed.

They help me efficiently and effectively engage my web traffic.

 The team was very polite and helped us set everything up for us. They went above and beyond to help us get using the system. Great team to work with.

I need to save the site so I can remember how to get back into the system. The team is nice to work with.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn’t realize how many people come to our site and we don’t get info for them. We didn’t know we had options to find them and start marketing campaigns to have them come back to us. This has improved our marketing efforts and tripled our email lists in just a few months. Very helpful because now our sales team works with these leads every day.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

The team behind ChatFunnels is awesome. Not only do they go above & beyond in their services of customers.... They also throw awesome events like RevTech summit and more!
What I liked best, was the ability to be able to create custom conversation based on things like, how long a user has been on a particular page for, what paths they took to get to my pricing page, or whether they were repeat users! 
They're also consistently adding nice new features that make it easier to manage these bots at scale.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Pricing is a little high for startups, but the team's service is great.

**Recommendations to others considering Atonom:**

I would highly recommend this for anyone who has high volume of traffic. I STRONGLY recommend having 1 person dedicated to tweaking the bots and building custom flows for the bots based on the user's experience throughout the website. If you have a person like that, then this pricing thing becomes a non-issue since your team will get the most of out it.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalized chatbots that fit my branding. The ability to know what paths a user has taken through my site and prompt them with custom messages based on their behavior. This benefits me since I have an additional touchpoint with my potential customers, which can be tuned to fit the experience they have had. It just adds a degree of personalization that otherwise wouldn't be there.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

ChatFunnels is a robust system designed to target individuals within accounts. Their customer support is fantastic, whenever I need advice on the best way to build a bot or engage our customers, they are there. They're more of a partner than a SaaS provider really.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Somethings in their platform are a bit underdeveloped. They're a growing company and things aren't set up to give me the control in many cases. Overall, the biggest complaint is a lack of polish.

ChatFunnels is allowing us to engage with our customers early and often. We inject ourselves into the buying process when people are still doing their research and we are able to help guide them to us as the best solution.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

I love that I can understand who is on my company's website, even if they don't start a chat or fill out a form. With their account intelligence I am able to know who was on the website, if they are a fit for my organization then automatically they will be segmented into an appropriate engagement campaign. That may be through bots, agents getting alerted to initiate a chat, emails automatically going out based on the pages they visited to the right buying committee, etc. It is just an incredible website conversion machine! Their product empowers and aligns sales and marketing teams to make deals happen. I can't say enough about it.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

If you aren't a marketer or are not familiar with automation tools, the way the automatic intelligent engagement process is set up is difficult to grasp in the beginning. With that said, they have an incredible onboarding team that helps even the least tech-minded person able to get things set up properly so it works the way they sold it and the way we intended it to.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing information on who is on our site, the person and/or the organization, then segmenting them into the proper engagement channel, then bringing in a sales agent at the right time with all the relevant info.

What is great about using ChatFunnels is the focus on engagement and creating an experience for visitors coming to your site. AND You can automate engagement with the help of tools like chatbots, Email campaigns, and prospecting.

Better notification management system. I wish I could see all my notifications with more ease without having to go to My Settings.

ChatFunnels doesn’t just identify visitors on your site. You can target potential clients and engage with them based on a number of criteria! With a combination of the Play Runner and use of Bots, you can connect with visitors in the way you want. It may take a series of tests but ChatFunnels can really be a service that works for you. I mean it can even find client prospects for you!


**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

The initial setup and configuration of the Play Runner and Bots can be a bit time-consuming. There are numerous options when filtering and routing visitors that has the potential to get complex. All that goes away once you learn the ropes.

ChatFunnels solves the disconnect between you and your visitors. No more guessing what your unknown visitors are looking for in your company. You can provide and connect them with the right resources for them.

I like the ease of use when creating a bot. It's simple and intuitive, so it's easy to create a simple and intuitive bot for our customers.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

One thing that would be super helpful to us is desktop notifications without having the website open all the time. That way, our front desk people can work on other things and not get so many texts or email alerts that can clutter their inboxes.

Using Signals allows my business to interact directly with customers and potential customers online. It helps us know online traffic and what people want when they look at our website.

The most helpful thing about ChatFunnels is knowing when your target accounts come to the site and engaging with the visitors with chatbots, emails, and campaign enrollment.

I wish there were a way to export the contact's activity history.

More transparency and easy tracking for who is coming to your site. The Dashboard has been an excellent tool for seeing what accounts have come to your site, and getting helpful information on the visitor's behaviors.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

The ABE Dashboard shows us Trending Accounts and Potential New Accounts. It also gives us the ability to look up contact information for people that have been on our site but didn’t reach out to us. The customer service team is very polite. They are easy to reach and have followed up with us consistently, offering new ideas and introducing us to new features.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

It was initially, a little challenging to figure out which tab I was on in the system and where to make changes to specific items in Bot Management. But it didn't take too long to figure it out. Overall I love the service.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had traffic, but we needed a company to help us with ABM so that we were able to allow the right people to find us.  We also wanted a partner that was great to work with, has excellent customer service and is available for help when we need them.

The set up was very helpful and quick, and now we're able to answer questions for potential guests with a much faster response time!

We haven't encountered any issues, but when we've had questions their staff has been more than willing to jump on a zoom call to walk us through it or answer any questions promptly! G

ChatFunnels allows us the ability to assist potential clients without additional leg work. Once the bot is built, it asks all of the questions we created that allow us to help potential clients with no wait time!

We use ChatFunnels to find a potential client that is not interacting with our forms. We also have extensive Chat Bots built out with the tool to help interact with people on site in a matter of seconds

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

Our previous provider is not even close to what we can do in this system. From the dashboard, we can identify new potential clients that fit our ideal personas and even collect contact info to start reaching out to them. Our team feels like they have a team to go to for questions that are not just a queue waiting in line as the team gets back to us quickly and with a personal touch. We enjoy working with the CS team. We have so many features to learn in this system to help us focus on our end goal for growth in sales. 

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Hard to find things in the system without knowing the system layout. The Support team has been quick to reply and help with finding things but sometimes it clicks to find.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Find potential buyers and leads for our team to contact. We also like being able to get notified when our potential buyers come on to the site.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

ChatFunnels gives me a great channel to connect with people on the website to answer their questions and help them solve their problems. The platform gives me great information about the people I chat with.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

My only complaint about ChatFunnels is that I didn't get very many opportunities to use it because we didn't get that many live chat requests. But that's not really a ChatFunnels problem...

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatFunnels is helping us give our website visitors a great experience online because they get to talk to someone right away without having to just give their information and wait for someone to follow up. That makes my job easier.

We are able to easily take chats from customers and it does a great job of only adding you to conversations with customers you’re responsible for. Our sales team gets conversations with possible new customers and we only see chats for current customers.

Not much, it’s very straightforward to use. A mobile app for chat might be easier than using the mobile browser.

We use it for chatting with customers and the sales team uses to get alerts on their potential new customers and engage with them using the email and chat.

Lots to learn, but the team is open about it and very helpful.

I like getting meetings booked on my calendar automatically when people chatted with the bot and the system just tells me it was set up for a time that works for my schedule. The chat page is easy to work on and contact information was displayed conveniently. It is also easy to manage notifications and availability. I’m able to connect with prospects and have additional insights into their specific interests and needs.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Chat notifications come at inconsistent times and it's hard to be able to respond within the 30-second limit. I don't get that many interactions through chat so it hasn’t become a habit for me. But really not too much to dislike, it’s easy to use.

There are visitors to our website who are interested and ready to talk to sales, but without ChatFunnels we didn't have a way to engage with them in real time. What I liked the best (beyond the product functionality and ease of use) is the team and their knowledge along with best practices. The team loves to brainstorm ideas to help increase engagement through the chatbot as well as campaigns where you can integrate the chatbot. It's pretty cool to have chat functionality on a PDF! This is something I never would have even considered (chatbot on PDF) if it wasn't for the team at ChatFunnels. Also, the team is really fantastic and fun to work with :)

The customized nature of the product means my client has to be pretty involved in the setup - I wish the referral to ChatFunnels didn't create a project for my client.

The system works and easy to track the value it brings us on a daily number. People are also willing to give us more upfront info about themselves and the company vs our old forms. It's more of a natural flow over just getting the leads. This gives our leads a conversational start to working with us and not just a form to wait. Calendar scheduling is super nice too.

It took some time to move over to Chat funnels from our last software but it has been well worth the move. Rebuilding the bots took the most time as we moved our items over. The team offered to help convert bots to the system but we wanted to take that time to learn the system as it has different features.

we dislike that the bot can only be in the bottom right of the page. It covers a few things sometimes.
