"Atlassian's own product support service is so pool"
Nothing. So hard to submit support ticket. They itentionally don't want you to create a ticket but find out anwswers for yourself.

The best part about JIRA is the ability to keep track of all work being done via tickets. I love that JIRA works for all kinds of styles of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to have a fast, interactive, support representative answer our questions, regardless of use case/need.

What do you like best about Atlassian Enterprise Support?

It's easily accessible and is user friendly to editors/creators. Easily providing access to thousands of users in need of all of their information, policies, procedures, and resources in one bucket. It's amazing how it becomes your companies encyclopedia very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personally, I haven't ran across anything except the overwhelming amount of the color blue for the theme (that's just Atlassian though lol). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
