The accessibility and the amount of use of the application my team uses is highly beneficial for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All new employees have the hardest time learning how to use It or set It up. The flows are complex and the user must be paying attention while onboarding and first learning. If not, we always have to answer a lot of questions and give a lot of direction that we have not had to do on other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our internal wiki is filled with hundreds of articles and resource pages, we always joke that it's easy to get lost but that's only because you may get distracted reading the plethora of information, you are not actually lost because you can always clearly see where you are or find the page you're looking for.
Another good thing about this, you could be using Google docs instead, but you can't have them all interconnected to the Level that you can with Atlassian, I have a bar on the left showing me the hierarchy of where in the wiki I am.
If you're in a large organization, there will be quite a few things that are common knowledge but that aren't touched on during training or onboarding, they are just things that you pick up on as you go and a good chunk of those for me have come from exploring our data center, kudos to our team for organizing this so well and of course to this platform for making it possible. Sometimes it can be a little slow but I think it's understandable because we have a few pages that are really large. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really love how easy it is to find help for my questions and help create tickets straight from the Help Center. It is easy to use and gets the info to the right person in a timely matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was a little easier to track the tickets. I also wish it was easier to search for the ticket. Other than that I really enjoy using the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to house a large quantity of information in one place to use as a reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a little chunky and could be more updated/modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apart from the standard instance sharing, the best thing about it is that you can create your own infrastructure and load the server accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Might not be a good fit for less number of users of any Atlassian application. It is still not robust for a large number of issue tracking software to count the number of users who would actually make use of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
