I recently had the pleasure of onboarding with Moniepoint through AtlasHXM, and I cannot emphasize enough how smooth and seamless the entire process was. From the very beginning, the efficiency and professionalism displayed by AtlasHXM were evident.

A special mention goes to the HR representative, who was incredibly prompt in her replies. She attended to all my queries regarding compensation and leave policies with thoroughness and clarity. Her responsiveness made the entire experience stress-free. Another person quickly took over when the primary HR representative was unavailable to respond resolving my queries. Kudos to them.

Their website is exceptionally user-friendly, making it easy to upload relevant documents and sign employment contracts. The interface is intuitive and serves all necessary purposes without any hassle. What made the experience even more remarkable was that everything was managed remotely. However, the document upload process could be improved by allowing digital signatures for all documents and not just employment contracts and benefits forms.

Overall, AtlasHXM ensured a smooth transition with prompt email responses and excellent communication. Access to an HR representative via phone or IM would have further streamlined the process. I'm new to Atlas, but so far my experience has been great. The team are very responsive and happy to connect on calls as well as email. Atlas provides Automation and Efficiency that help to reduce the burden of the HR department by using Automatic repetitive tasks such as tax filing, calculation, and deductions. Atlas can handle payroll Across multiple countries while ensuring local regulations and tax laws. Atlas also provides real-time reporting that provides real-time insights into payroll data. There are certain things where the atlas can improve their system like there might be a steep learning curve for new users and the cost of atlas implementation and maintenance is high, especially for those with limited budgets. It is easy to use because of the flexibility and automation provided by it is the best. Also easy to implement the solution with different data source. Hence we used excel, database to do the analysis for our marketing data. Smooth support from the team also. The preetiest thing is that they deals in all reqiire products and they arre providing very good services, which is the best thing , Specilly its very easy to use and they are having very good customer support also , they have alot of feautures in their product , we can use them multiple times , i used a product atleast 20-30 times , all perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
