As one of the early adopters, I’ve been part of the Slack channel as it grew from a handful of people to now over 500 members. We’re able to make changes, suggest improvements, and talk directly to the team about how our lives could be made better. If anything, it feels like the platform is ours—built for us. Every system out there has AI bolted on; this is built on AI, and you can literally talk to it to find out what was said, heard, or written with anyone at any time. I couldn’t tell you the last time I wrote a manual note, because it connects to your phone system and even WhatsApp. It’s an AI note-taker on calls as well as in person. I have a virtual assistant who knows everything. I always know what I need to do, when I need to do it, and importantly, what’s closest to the money. Atlas is by far the market leader and is paving the way in what’s possible. **What do you dislike about Atlas?** Yet to find one, to be honest. The platform is constantly evolving, so any niggles discovered are quickly solved. **What problems is Atlas solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time. Every recruiter values time above all else, whether that be note-taking, updating the system, recalling past conversations on a notepad buried deep in your desk or simply knowing what to do next. The support has been very engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about Atlas, which is reassuring during my initial setup and migration of data. I am also excited about Atlas being AI native, as it promises to automatically handle my phone calls, interviews, Teams, text messages, and WhatsApp, analyze this information and provide it back to me in a useful way. I love that it means less admin, more actual time to spend on what I enjoy most! It's simple and straightforward to use and the customer service is amazing. It is also integrated with my WhatsApp and email which is convenient. Most recruitment firms have a vast amount of data, but few know how to best access it in its entirety.
