I like how easy it is to interact with our metadata. It's simple to upload information and easy to edit it as well. Generally we find that people have a simple time accessing the information they need. The search functionality is quite strong and I find the UI attractive. The Atlan team is extremely helpful. Atlan has been a great software to use. It is a user-friendly data democratization platform which allows for teams to collaborate on projects. It also allows for us to automate certain manual tasks to make it less susceptible to error. This also makes the work much less time-consuming. With Atlan, it’s easy to integrate other data sources, which is super convenient and unique compared to other platforms. It’s made our team overall more effective. I love the ability to search and monitor specific data attributes. Atlan elegantly visualizes all data, making it efficient as a data science engineer. Everything is super intuitive to use and works amazing, especially for APIs. Atlan also does a great job in resolving any client issues. Atlan's dependency on APIs to connect to source systems can sometimes lead to missing features and affect user experience, although through no fault of its own. This is because API vendors, such as big industry names, do not always prioritise API-related tickets or bug fixing, thus requiring Atlan and customers to find workarounds.
