Nothing, the experience as a whole has been negative. From aggressive sales, not the most helpful onboarding and implementation team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Athos Commerce? Sales team was aggressive, they sell it as incredibly compatible and that it works as we need it to. However, because they don't offer a trial (for implementation), you can't see if there are compatibility issues (and their team is not good at articulating the features/how it works) until the agreement is signed. Since then, we've discovered that we can't use it (if we do, it's in a limited capacity), but we can't get out of the contract either. And the team is not helpful in getting us to a solution and you're kind of treated more so as a burden than a customer (ex: asked for documentation on all the features and how they work - got a link to matrix and when someone walked us through the backend, it was laughable) So definitely not advisable for cost-conscious start-ups - better to use a native (to your eCommerce platform -- Commerce or Shopify have built-ins) solution. I like the capabilities of Search Spring a lot and I do feel like they are the best in class for smart merchandising. I think the different variables with which you are able to customize the ordering of products on PLPs coupled with the ability to customize the visual appearance of PLPs is a huge benefit to any DTC brand. Some of our customizations don't allow us to use all of Searchspring's features but that's more on us than on them. We can create rules that make sense for our site. Our search has improved 100%. Product recommendations with personalized features have seen positive results in increasing our AOV, and keeping the customer on the site longer. The product merchandising feature allows me to merchandise more efficiently by applying rules to automatically boost and display our products. It has saved me time and helped our site convert more sales. E-commerce, with the improvement of spell correction, also helps us reduce the number of zero search results. Communication has always been an area that could use improvement. With the recent hires, I see that this may improve, but it's important the clients feel like they are a priority and have timely responses. Multiple times reached out to SS to ensure an client's email gets a reply, as we hadn't heard anything in over a week. Searchspring solves the issue of manual merchandising with the ability to pin products where desired for aesthetic purposes, such as pinning a certain yardage on each line or a key collection to the top of a PLP. Beyond that, the boost rules provide automatic merchandising to ensure on-site real estate is being maximised. We went through a difficult reintegration process with Searchspring after upgrading our website platform, which was heavily delayed and had a lot of errors.
