If I had to mention something, it would be the desire for more customization options for the search results layout. While the current design is clean and user-friendly, the ability to tailor it more closely to our brand's aesthetic would be welcome. We've tried to make the UI as customizable as possible by allowing you to completely replace all of the markup that Klevu displays if you are using our Template JS library. This even include being able to easily run your own custom code to further expand what you can do with the results (for common 3rd party apps). We also have a JavaScript SDK and full API support if that is something you are trying to completely implement.
