I was not familiar with the process of implementing a new site search and merch tool. Although Search spring was great at answering any questions I had or addressing my concerns, a more detailed explanation of the process, data requirements and testing in the beginning of the discussion would have been quite helpful. For us, Klevu has allowed us to index many times the amount of data that BigCommerce would support, leading to a much more robust and powerful search experience for our customers. The excellent support from the Kelvu dev team has helped us to further leverage our data to improve the search experience. **What do you dislike about Athos Commerce?** The standard search page styles are very basic and unappealing, requiring quite a bit of time to customize the experience to match our store's overall theme. The good news is Klevu does allow for this type of customization, but expect to spend a good deal of time on the layouts and style if you wish to match your store's theme. I wish there was a way to customize filter options specific to its collection page (i.e. Furniture price ranges will differ from Pillows price ranges in the left filter bar).
