"Modern Interface and Fast Network Discovery That Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

The per-technician pricing model was what originally caught our eye, but the interface is what made us stay. It doesn’t look like an enterprise tool from the early 2000s, which was a breath of fresh air. The network discovery feature also helped us map out a new client’s office within an hour of installing the agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The reporting sections feel a little basic. They cover the essentials, like executive summaries and ticket closure rates, but creating highly customized layouts for specific client demands still takes some manual tweaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use with Modern Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

I appreciated the ease of use of Atera, it was very user-friendly, so there was no need for a long course to use it, which is nice. The modern and up-to-date appearance made everything more attractive. I like the fact that there are several options like adding Splashtop, as well as the ability to enter devices and other hardware, which was useful. The integration with email was also a plus. Furthermore, I appreciated that updates could be pushed through Atera. The initial setup of Atera was very easy, practically automatic, which is a definite advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The fact that if, let's say, there is not just IT support but also other supports like compliance or others, we can have multiple "ticket pools" or Projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Atera’s Per-Technician Pricing Is Perfect for Managing Thousands of Endpoints"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

We operate a massive integrated resort and entertainment complex, and we manage thousands of endpoints—from digital ticketing and restaurant point-of-sale systems to back-office corporate workstations. Atera’s per-technician pricing model is the best feature for a sprawling hospitality environment like ours. It lets us deploy the RMM agent to every single ticket scanner and kiosk across the park without paying a penalty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

Because our park operations run late into the night, configuring hour-based alert suppressions for the resort’s specific time zone is tedious. For example, if the waterpark sectors power down at 8:00 p.m. local time, my overnight IT dispatch team can still occasionally get flooded with “device offline” alerts. "All-in-One Platform That Simplified Our Remote Access, Ticketing, and Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

We switched to this platform because managing three different tools for remote access, ticketing, and monitoring had become a logistical headache. Having everything under one roof immediately simplified our daily routine. The remote connection tool connects quickly and doesn’t keep dropping, which was a frequent issue with our previous standalone software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The patch management scheduling works fine, but the interface for selecting specific KB updates can feel a bit clunky, especially when I’m trying to exclude certain definitions across a large group of devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Silent App Deployment with a Clean, Easy-to-Learn Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

The software deployment features work exactly as they should. We can package common applications and push them silently into entire user groups at the same time. The user interface is clean and doesn’t require a week of training just to figure out where things are hidden, which made onboarding our junior technicians a very fast process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The search bar functionality within the knowledge base can sometimes be finicky. If you don’t type the exact keyword phrase, it may not pull up the article you’re looking for on the first try. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Endpoint Visibility That Cuts Travel and Deploys Seamlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

We manage IT across four regional branches, and having a central space that gives us a clear view of all endpoints has saved us an immense amount of physical travel. The remote monitoring agent also deploys quite quickly via standard Group Policy, and it just works silently in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The mobile app was handy for quick status checks, but trying to handle more complex scripting or do deeper troubleshooting from the phone screen felt pretty clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Splashtop Remote Access: A Lifesaver for Reliable Support on Volatile Connections"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

The Splashtop remote access integration is a lifesaver for us. Our logistics coordinators often operate in a remote warehouse where internet bandwidth can be highly volatile. If a shipping manager’s inventory software crashes, I don’t have to try to explain troubleshooting steps. Instead, I can remote in and handle it directly. Overall, it’s been resilient and usable even on weaker 4G cellular connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

When working with older, slower PCs on the factory floor, remote access can sometimes take a minute or two to wake up and connect. If a machine’s CPU is already maxed out by industrial software, starting the Splashtop remote session can occasionally cause the PC to freeze temporarily before I regain control. "Atera Makes Client Management Fast, Proactive, and Time-Saving"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

What I like most about Atera is how easy it makes it to manage all my clients from one platform. Remote access is fast and reliable, patch management is straightforward, and the monitoring alerts help me stay proactive rather than reactive. Overall, it saves me a lot of time in my day-to-day IT work. I highly recommend Atera to any IT professional or MSP who’s looking for an all-in-one solution that’s efficient and cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

One thing I dislike about Atera is that some advanced features feel limited compared to more complex RMM platforms. Occasionally the interface can feel a bit slow when managing a large number of devices. However, overall the platform still delivers great value for the price and continues to improve with updates. "Reliable all-in-one platform for IT support and device monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

Atera stands out because it brings together several essential IT management tools in one place. We use it to monitor devices, access computers remotely, and keep track of support requests. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and the automation features help reduce repetitive tasks. It has made day-to-day management much more organized and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The reporting functionality covers most needs, but generating highly customized reports can sometimes require extra effort. There is also a learning curve when exploring some of the more advanced features, although the documentation and support resources are helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient IT Management with Atera"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

I appreciate Atera for the centralized monitoring and management of our IT systems. The remote support and automation of patches and general IT tasks are very helpful as they allow us to detect problems early. Atera saves us a lot of time through alerts, monitoring, and remote access, which helps us reduce downtime in our manufacturing company. I find the security features like Network Discovery very cool, and the real-time and admin-friendly queries of the monitored clients are impressive. The patch statuses are very clearly visible, and the updates occur extremely quickly. The pleasantly designed user interface also convinces me. The initial setup was very easy because everything is clearly laid out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

Some things like linking to other settings could be improved, for example, in the automation profile assignment via the A-profile instead of assigning clients manually. The multi-tenant implementation is not optimal, as we are very dependent on our MSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
