"Future-Ready IT Service Delivery with Powerful AI Agents and Smooth Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

Atera supports modern IT service delivery very well. The AI agents feel like a digital workforce, helping keep work moving without constant manual effort. Its RMM and helpdesk tools integrate smoothly, and the automation helps ensure tasks are handled consistently from start to finish. The always-on support also improves coverage, which makes a real difference. Overall, the platform feels future-ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

Modern workflows require a bit of learning to get comfortable with. I’ve also noticed that some AI actions still need approval before they can run, which can slow things down. The documentation is usable, but it could be clearer and more complete to make the learning curve easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Atera’s Flat Per-Tech Pricing and Action AI Copilot Keep Our Global Galleries Running Smoothly"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

At ArtXpertise, we manage high-end digital art installations, interactive auction screens, and archival media servers across multiple galleries worldwide. Atera’s flat per-technician pricing model is a major advantage, allowing us to monitor unlimited display endpoints without worrying about escalating licensing fees. The integrated Action AI Copilot also supports our lean technical team by helping us diagnose server anomalies quickly, so our high-value exhibits stay seamless and uninterrupted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The out-of-the-box threshold alerts can be overly sensitive during large-scale digital art rendering blocks or high-resolution file transfers. These normal, data-heavy spikes often trigger false critical alarms, which can temporarily clutter our central support dashboard and distract from real issues. We ended up spending a significant amount of time custom-tuning the notification settings so they better match our specific high-bandwidth workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deep WinGet Integration Enables Fast, Silent Patching Across Our National Fleet"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

The deep integration with the WinGet package management tool and the automated patch profiles gives us strong control over our digital security posture. We can bundle specific software installation dependencies, engineering tool runtimes, and specialized application configurations into a centralized profile, then silently distribute them across our entire national fleet in minutes. The platform also lets us patch the target terminals during scheduled off-hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The native compliance reporting exports can look incredibly dense and code-heavy straight out of the system console. When I need to present an audit-readiness summary, patch compliance percentage, or the risk-mitigation trajectory to our non-technical corporate board members or external project development partners, the raw PDFs require a fair amount of manual data extraction and visual cleanup to convert them into an executive-friendly format. "Efficient Centralization with Some Areas for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Atera?

I especially like having everything centralized in Atera: monitoring, remote access, tickets, and alerts. This saves time and greatly facilitates customer support. By helping me work faster and more organized, I can track issues, respond to tickets, and access equipment remotely without wasting time with multiple tools. Additionally, the initial setup of Atera was quite simple, with the installation of agents being quick and intuitive. In no time, I was able to start monitoring the equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The reports could be more flexible and some configuration options could be simpler. I also think that, at times, the management of alerts could be more intuitive. The translation into Portuguese has room for improvement. I would like the reports to be easier to customize for clients. In alerts, it would be useful to have simpler management to avoid repeated or irrelevant notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RMM Makes Asset Management and Overnight Updates Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

As a project manager, working in PwC, we face the challenge is assets viability because who working and using the assets we don't have the idea but after after using this RMM easy for us to manage assets, easy for us to schedule the updates to overnight automatically without impacting any productivity. It saves us from the manual tracking of our assets. It helps in better productivity of our projects and reduce the assets dependency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

When you have large no of assets or devices it takes too much time to load. Also I feel the built in report dashboard is old school, it has limited options. But at the end I can export the reports in excel that is easy to understand and share with the stake holders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ticketing + Device Monitoring Integration That Keeps IT Moving"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

As the internal IT team supporting around 250 corporate employees, we need a platform that doesn’t get in its own way. The ticketing system integrates directly with device monitoring, so when an employee submits a ticket about system slowness, their machine specs and recent system logs are already right there in the panel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The ticket reporting filters could be more flexible. When I wanted to build a highly customized report on resolution times broken down by specific custom categories, I had to export the raw data to a CSV and then pivot it myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Atera has simplified our IT and device management"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

What I like most about Atera is how it combines remote monitoring, remote access, ticketing, and automation in a single platform. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage devices and respond to issues quickly. The ability to automate routine maintenance tasks saves a significant amount of time, and the remote access tools allow us to support users efficiently without needing to be onsite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

Some advanced customization options could be more flexible, particularly when creating complex reports or tailoring workflows to very specific business requirements. While the platform is constantly improving, there are occasional areas where deeper configuration would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Atera - Hands Down the BEST RMM Platform Available"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

The ability to quickly find a specific client or device in order to modify any licensing, devices, rules, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

Maybe put together a startup guide/book that covers everything form initial setup to resolving issues. Not happy with the new added AI pricing where the monthly payment has gone up 33%. Performance is a little slow moving around the user interface. AI is not ready for full integration...would be nice to have waited longer before integrating into the Atera interface. "One-Click Remote Support with Atera + Splashtop"
5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

When an event manager is in the middle of a 500-person gala and their registration laptop or POS terminal freezes, they can’t wait 20 minutes for a fix. Atera’s seamless integration with the Splashtop remote access is incredible. The moment an event coordinator submits an urgent ticket, I can click one button in the Atera dashboard and instantly take over their screen from the main office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The mobile app for Atera technicians is functional, but it feels a bit clunky. If I’m away from my desk grabbing lunch and I get an emergency alert that the central kitchen server went down, navigating the mobile app to run the reboot script or open the command prompt takes too many taps. "Clean, Intuitive Ticketing and Remote Support with Solid Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Atera?

Atera makes it easy for our support team to handle tickets and remote sessions in one place. The UI is clean and intuitive, so onboarding new team members doesn't take long. It integrates well with the tools we already use, and performance is solid even during busy periods. For the feature set you get, the pricing is fair and the ROI is clear. The support team is responsive, and the AI features for ticket suggestions and automation are a nice addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atera?

The reporting could be more flexible, as the built-in options feel somewhat limited. The mobile app is not on par with the desktop experience, but that's not too bad since we only use it on desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
