It is exactly as it sounds, push to talk. There are also messaging and location services taht make tracking the phones easy too. **What do you dislike about AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk?** I don't dislike anything about the product. The only thing I can think of that might benefit is if you could speak and then send the message via text. But I don't believe that is the purpose. **Recommendations to others considering AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk:** I highly recommend this product if you have people working out of an office environment. It is straightforward to use and quick and precise. I have used for event coordination for large events in a spread out area and it was a great product. **What problems is AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk solving and how is that benefiting you?** This allows for simple and easy communication when people are not at their desks and when communication is needed fast and frequently. It made video conferencing and push to talk actions very easy to use. It was a great help, in both the warehouse andf out in the field. **What do you dislike about AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk?** Well, the one and only dislike or complaint is that it connected only about 70% of the time. Lots of time it would take well over 30 seconds to connect therefore making it no way faster than a phone call. **Recommendations to others considering AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk:** We would recommend this product because it was a great asset for us when it worked correctly which was most of the time. I can only imagine that AT&T will continue to improve this product overtime. **What problems is AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer use it in our business but we were solving the problem of quickly getting a message to all, multiple, or just one team member with just a push of a button. ### 4. It's easy to use and it's pretty simple. **What do you dislike about AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk?** What I dislike about this app is that it's just work-based and whenever I see it in my phone I immediately think of work. **What problems is AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving quite a few problems thanks to the AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk, for example, I can now get collaborative work done easier, reaching others at work has never been so easy and it's a way to organize your communication with co-workers. ### 5. This has allowed us to get our tasks done better, faster, and maintain strong communication throughout. ### 7. I am able to communicate with everyone on our team quickly. The instant dispatch is also a cool feature if I need to communicate weather or other situations that may affect work. I also find it helpful to be able to see locations of team members. **What do you dislike about AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk?** Only devices with the app can utilize. UI is less than satisfactory, and cumbersome.
