What do you like best about AT&T eBonding?

This is mainly for carrier ebonding with AT&T systems. We are planning to use this app to raise tickets in AT&T system when there is issues with carrier internet services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI changes to Incident Management makes things more hard for our delivery engineers to manage and also UI is not intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

now that we are using the app for more than a year we seems to be getting cross scope errors since implementing ATF, the errors are not causing any issues but just reported on all AFT runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
