**What do you like best about Asure?**

Asure has dedicated representatives for each of your clients. It's very helpful because they are familiar with your account and you know exactly who you're talking to. They are also responsive and good about sending reminders. Reports are easily accessible and can be accessed at any time. Onboarding new clients is also easy and their onboarding specialists do a good job with follow up.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

At this time, I have no complaints of Asure's services.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and response time is a quick turnaround. This is benefiting us because it allows us to get answers for our clients and resolve any issues we may have in a timely manner.

You have a dedicated rep that works with you and you get to know them and vice versa.  It makes life so much easier.  The onboarding process was great and very thorough.  I called a few times as you realize you forgot to ask about specific items that you use regularly.

Nothing so far to complain of. If I have a question, I ask my rep.

I believe they took on too many conversions at once and the conversion dates hit without all the pieces in place and the checks and balances.   In addition were told certain things were available and they are not.

So far because of the difficulties implementing, nothing has really been solved other than getting out payroll done elsewhere.

Super easy to sign new hires up and get them going.

Doesnt add holiday pay to our salaried employees.

Reports and other ways to pull data from the system.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

High turnover with the service team, so it takes forever to complete a big task.  For instance, we had issues with our W/C Comp classifications and reporting for audits.  It took 3.5 years to resolve.

They are not solving anything for us right now.

The customer support and help with the transition has been amazing. Anthony and Lisa have been incredibly hands-on in helping my company transition.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

We are still new, so have not fully transitioned enough to have any dislikes.

After having multiple tax issues with our previous company, Asure is making sure we are all set with taxes and is even helping us obtain tax credits we would not have known about otherwise.

Sales is excellent.
Support is very good.

Scheduling could be a little bit better.  Scheduling is not a great fit for Hotel industry.

What I like best about Asure is the re-engineered process for ensuring clients are able to successfully reach a representative.  No more waiting on hold or waiting until someone called or emailed you back while you are trying to obtain the details for a Final Paycheck.

The least helpful feature for me is the portal.  For some reason, I am not able to access it.

It is almost impossible to get a quick answer on anything.  I have been waiting for 3 days for my reports from my last payroll and have requested them 3 times but have yet to recieve.  Every issue is like this...days for a response to simple things.

**What do you like best about Asure?**

Asure Software has been a great tool for our non-profit organization. It is practical, efficient, and mostly user-friendly. As the single HR manager, with an organization of 150 employees, I have all the tools easily available. I also appreciate the systems syncing together as well as they do.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

The overall Asure Time system configuration is a bit cumbersome. When needing to make adjustments such as accrual policy updates, I resort to my payroll company, and even they still miss the mark. 

The accrual system is the biggest downside in my opinion.
Also would highly recommend a mobile app for the Essential/Advanced HR platforms. My employees have the hardest time finding the correct link and logging in to make updates, get paystubs, request time off, etc.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to much more efficiently onboard new employees, track their hours, accruals, overall employee information. Payroll in an overall better place. Track employee metrics a bit easier.  The tax layout is also not as complicated as I thought it would be.

Asure is reliable, easy to use, and affordable. Also, on the rare occasions that we have any reason to reach out to a person for assistance, our designated liaison, Elaine, is always very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

I don't really have any dislikes. The small business where I work as a bookkeeper has been with Asure the entire time I've been here, which is almost two years, and there's never really been a problem.

Nobody really likes having to do payroll, but Asure takes care of all the difficult aspects for us. We just enter people's hours and press the button!

Happy to see a lot of growth in the company and wih that new programs available to the customer, the ease and number of features is great. Overall 8/10

The growth of the company seems to be affecting how quickly problems can be resolved and emails/phone calls can be answered as it's been tricky to navigate who to contact for what because of position changes.

The people that I have contact with seem knowledgeable and I have run into very few problems over the years.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

I was with a smaller company as my payroll provider and they were bought out by Asure.  I do feel that we might get lost in the book of business with Asure being so much larger, but since I'm still working with the same people (for the most part), I haven't seen any difference in the level of support we receive.

We are a small company, but almost completely virtual. As  a result, we have employees in four states spread across the US. This can be a nightmare when it comes to payroll paperwork. Asure handles this beautifully. They also did a good job on our ERTC paperwork. More than paid for their fees.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

When our regular rep is out, payroll sometimes gets fouled up. When this happens, Asure is promptly and competently untangles it.

The nightmare of having employees in  multiple states, none of which ever come into the "home" office.

customer service- our representative was unable to help us troubleshoot discrepancies. she frequently told us to "ask our clients" but we are the client. for a staffing agency that runs payroll in 30 states, it was very difficult to get setup

Sometimes there is a bit of confusion on punches for 2nd shift, Clocking in on say Tuesday pm and out on Wednesday am.

Nothing - do not do business with this company

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

They will refuse to cancel your services, Even when cancelling in advance. You have a 2-3 day window and if you miss they punish you by continuing for another YEAR against your wishes. Do not do business with this company, read your contract thoroughly.

They do not answer the phones, and when they do they roll their eyes like you know nothing. The HR support is not useful in any way shape or form.

Their communication and effectiveness behind implementation. We had a client that needed a migration of COBRA vendors shortly after we acquired them, and Asure swooped in and showed us all of the features they offer and how easy they are to use. We are so grateful for Asure!

Getting the initial training scheduled was a chalange as I believe they had alot of new clients needing the training -  however they did accomidate me by asking Heather Hopper to step in and do my training - She was wonderful, helpful and has become a great resource for me.

Asure has provided the upmost quality customer service.  Their system is easy to learn, if i have any questions I know will speak to someone if I call or email.  If I do email I am usually hearing back within the same day.  Asure helped us with our ERTC credit.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Upgrade in system makes the emails more automated, the system does not allow the one on one with the representative and the client.  The system tends to reply as a robot before it reaches the customer representative.

last time I needed assistance with old checks, our representative helped me figure out what steps we could take to help the employee

One of most helpful aspects of Asure's payroll platform is the ability to automate tasks and processes. It takes a little time to set up on the front end but it's well worth it. The processes that would normally consume a huge chunk of my morning now run overnight or in the background.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

The integrations could be better. The HCM platform and the timekeeping platform are separate systems so it makes it a little difficult at the bureau level to help a client navigate a potential issue with one call.

Now that we have the ability to have payroll, onboarding, and employee self-service in one place, it allows us to be more competitive with other payroll providers.

Assure is very easy to use.  There are lots of reports so easy to find most anything you are looking for about your payroll.  It is reasonably priced also.

There isn't anything that I dislike about Assure.

Assure is helping us track what we spend in eavch program easily.  They also make it easy to process payroll early if we have to.

My representative Mark Varona provides anything that is needed for Accounts Management, Enrollment and answers questions quickly.  Our Company has been with Asure for many years and we feel that the level of customer service is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

The only issue that we have sometimes is emailing invoices to us has hiccups once or twice a year. Once received we can turn them around but I need to do better at crossing it off my list each month or reching out when I do not see an invoice come over.

Often our employees have account questions or concerns that are readily met with answers and assistance.

The assure HR consulting team is amazing. They are so helpful and on top if it.

its expensive and then to get reports done through payroll, everything is an extra expensive cost when that's not the case with other payroll systems.

I love that my payroll specialist is always available. 
I also love the advanced HR aspect

I just wish the Advanced HR was an app not a link. Our employees seem to have issues with the link.

WE HAVE A GREAT AGENT - VICKY MILLER - easy to email info and get payroll done.

Their fee for ERTC is $2000.00, which seems high.

get a back up person's contact info for when your agent is gone

There are countless resources to use via Asure's online library

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

The cost is high and they lock you into a term contract. I was sold the product in the VERY early stages of a new business and it was too much of a cost that early on. I asked if I could cancel before any service was provided or payments issued and they wouldn't budge. I won't be continuing because that indicates they really only care about the money. I should have asked better questions about the contract and terms. Lesson learned.

We previously used ADP as our payroll vendor and one of my most favorite things about Paydata (Asure) is that they are a local company.

Well, for instance, today I learned that our 1095's are being generated out of state.

Working with Asure and representatives from Asure over the last I don’t know, 4 plus years, has been seamless.  I’d like to think I am a professional in all areas of benefits, however, I am reminded that this isn’t always the case and need assistance from time to time. Asure reps are great in handling all questions or predicaments with a sense of urgency.

It is me.  I have a hard time navigating the system.

1. Comprehensive programme that centralizes everything
2. Excellent user interface that is also very simple to utilise
3. Numerous integration options
4. Very simple to keep track of all accrued vacation, sick, and work time. can always keep track of requests and vacation times.
5. User access was really easy to manager and reset passwords

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

1. Certain features can't be merged until you buy that particular bundle.
2. The reporting tool was incredibly ill-conceived, roducing a general, all-encompassing persons report and pairing it down in excel based on the data you were wanting to extract were the only options for producing reports that successfully yielded results.
3. Migrating to newer workflows can be a pain to implement

With the help of the team's input, its integrated technologies offer a virtual environment for management.
Extremely easy for supervisors to approve the break without having to manage a paper schedule or excel spreadsheet

**What do you like best about Asure?**

Ability to talk with a live person on the phone,  at least during the implementation.  I don't know if this will continue once implementation is complete.  Our previous company only had online chat or email.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Inability to create reports requjired for filings with the DOI, the NAIC, workers comp audit, and 401 compliance.  The system does not provide the required reports, plus the codes we need to pull into the reports are not available in ad hoc reporting.  Other payroll systems have the capability of creating these reports or provide them as standard reports.  The reports do not come close to meeting our needs.

Asure is currently not helping me solve any problems.  I'm waiting to hear back from them on whether the required reports can be created, however I have not received an answer yet.

Classic, Employee Portal & Employer Portals work as expected. It's a good thing most of our clients like these limitations. I would like to see the ER portal to be user friendly when adding employees, currently very cumbersome.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Their "new" webhelp is much to be desired. They need to go back a few years when it was easier to navigate. Not enough customer facing employees, support cases take longer then they should, but expected due to staffing.
HR product needs help. It's not user friendly and quirks that need ironing out.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main job function is taxes, currently there are no changes that have affected me. I would like to see a better response time when dealing with return uploads to the ER portal. Currently, I am limited to small bundles to process at one time.

The team is very skilled in payroll administration and they have been quick to back up  last minute payroll changes. The program is easy to use and Customer Support goes above and beyond.  We have both salary and hourly and both are handled professionally.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Can't think of a thing I dislike.  There are too many positives about my experiences with Asure.  Especially  Michael Dale.  Long time working relationship, he is great.

Most are last minute changes and I am definately grateful for the assistance.
