**What do you like best about Asure?**

What I appreciate most about Asure is how effectively it brings core HR functions together into a single, easy-to-manage system. From payroll and compliance to time tracking and employee records, everything works within one platform. This significantly reduces manual effort and lowers the risk of errors. My personal favorite part is that it allows the HR team to move away from paperwork and focus more on meaningful, people-centric responsibilities.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

One aspect I find less favorable about Asure is that the user experience can feel dated and less intuitive compared with more modern HR platforms. Some features may take extra time to learn, and new users may find the initial setup confusing.

While the core HR and payroll functions are solid, the system lacks depth in advanced talent management.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me by bringing payroll, time tracking, compliance, and employee records together in one system. This reduced manual effort and, as a result, minimized errors. It also improved the accuracy and quality of our data, which saves time in our day-to-day work and helps us maintain a strong, reliable database of employee information.

**What do you like best about Asure?**

Asure is responsive & consistent.  Wendy Walker has taught me a lot about HR in our weekly check-ins.  She is easily accessible & attentive to our needs as a small business.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Initially, I had an issue getting into the payroll portal but the team was able to resolve the issue.  The issue was that they went through a platform upgrade and I was logging into the old platform.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asure handles our payroll and all our HR needs.  Wendy Walker has been instrumental in helping me to make sure I am compliant with I-9's, interview questions & other employee issue such as PTO requests & timecards.

Asure is always available to speak with when needed. They respond in a timely manner and are helpful and communicate effectively.

I just don't like to have to wait for my AJE reports having to be emailed me. but I think that is just a part of the process. Its not a big deal.

Their interface is very complicated and not user-friendly. It's very difficult to get someone to give you support when you try to contact customer service. They also did not file or pay our witholdings casuing a 3 month back and forth with their customer service.

We use Asure for payroll, specifically to get direct deposit.

**What do you like best about Asure?**

The most helpful for me is using the Evolution Client to be able to get Certified Payroll reports for certain jobs.  I also like that we still have a local presence.  I like how easy it is to create a payroll from start to finish, especially with the integrated timeclock.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

I don't like that I cannot email my rep directly without it automatically creating a support ticket.  Sometimes you want to say thank you, or just ask for confirmation after a ticket has already been created and closed.  There should be a choice before sending the email.

Asure helps me to get payroll finished efficiently and on time because of its ease of use.

The online portal is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and manage everything I need. Whenever I’ve needed personal assistance, their team has been just a phone call or email away—always responsive and helpful.

We’ve only just begun to explore all the features this company offers, but we’re already very impressed with what we’ve implemented so far. Submitting payroll—even with varying deductions—is incredibly easy and streamlined. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and excited to continue discovering everything it can do.

There have been a few instances where a support ticket has been closed without much explanation, just that the ticket is closed.

We were utilizing a different payroll processor at a much higher monthly cost.  Additionally, we were completing the employee onboarding process manually, prior to implementing Asure.

Asure is very easy to navigate through.  The upgraded webpages make it a breeze getting to where you need to be to do payroll.

What I like least about Asure is it sometimes doesn't sycn up with the time clock software.

Asure makes it easy to add a new hire into the payroll system, it figures tax and deductions so that I don't have to.

Everyone that I have dealt with are kind and very helpful! They take the time to answer any questions I have and make sure that we have everything we need. We are in the process of changing our payroll system and are looking forward to implementing their system. It looks easy to use and will be so helpful not only with payroll, but the HR features too.

Nothing! They haven't given use any reason to dislike anything about them.

There is a direct deposit option that is helps us save in mailing.  Staff are willing to wait in scheduling payroll. They also offer other services that are useful to organization like ours.

Asure schedules payroll too early in the pay period.

**What do you like best about Asure?**

Kari and Jen in Support are the best.  When we need additional training, they are always very thorough and informative. They have also been very easy to work with when we find errors in the system Asure deems worthy of fixing.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

In ability to respond to critical support tickets. By respond, I don't necessarily mean fix. I want updates on the status of the ticket and whether there is any intention to fix the broken pieces. Four years is an insane amount of time to have an open ticket. TLM support is terrible. Most of the time we get bounced between TLM and Evolution support, with both of them blaming the other and neither of them solving the problem.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asure isn't solving any problems for me.  In fact, they're creating problems for me. I can't track TOA in TLM because it doesn't have a usage cap so it's not compliant with California and Oregon sick laws. I have to manually calculate Washington non-consumer debt garnishments writs and all Oregon creditor garnishments because Evolution doesn't have the functionality to properly calculate the minimum exemption.

**What do you like best about Asure?**

I use HireClick, and I'd say the best part about it is the customer support. Anytime I have a question, my dedicated representative will implement it for me. The UI is a little clunky but it is effective for the hiring process. I like that there are multiple statuses you can rank candidates by, which is helpful for marking your favorites at different stages of the process.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

When I added both application and resume options to my job form, the resume upload did not work. However the customer service representative was able to get it to work from his end. Maybe it's just a bug with the client side. Also, I wish there was a way to bulk send rejection emails while excluding the people you've already emailed without manually having to tick them off.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Posting on multiple job boards at the same time is really a time saver and allows me to cast a broader net with minimal effort.

We really appreciate how quickly the Asure team works to resolve our requests and the consistent communication throughout. Our weekly payroll submissions are never just an automated experience, but a moment to catch up with our rep.

At this time, we have experienced no notable downsides to our experience with Asure.

We only ever run into minor issues with Asure and they have always been quick to resolve. Most recently, a few of our employees were automatically signed onto 401k contributions due to a system change. Asure has worked with us to resolve this quickly, refunding our employees with no fuss.

Its easy and simple to use and is also available as a mobile app if the employer allows remote punch. It’s simple to submit and review time off requests and Hours for payroll 

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

I previously used a software that had the option to forecast pro balances as of a certain date which was super helpful if planning.a vacation or other event.

I am able to clock in with ease and there is rarely an issue with system outage. Less pto requests are forgotten or ignored since the employand manager both get a notification when it’s sent, changed, approved or denied.

HireClick is an easy-to-use platform that streamlines job postings by aggregating them across popular job sites. I’ve received a similar quality and quantity of resumes as I did with previous methods, but at a fraction of the cost. It’s an incredible value—our job posting expenses have decreased by 80% while maintaining strong applicant flow. Plus, their live agents are always available to assist with any questions, providing excellent support. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

There’s not much I dislike, but I’d love to see the platform evolve to include interview scheduling and better communication tools for engaging with applicants. That would make an already great system even better!

Asure, through HireClick, is solving the challenge of efficiently managing job postings while keeping costs low. By aggregating postings across popular job sites, it ensures a wide reach without the need to manually post on multiple platforms.

The customer service at Asure is wonderful. It is easy to get a hold of someone to speak with. They walk me through step by step any issues that I'm having.

I haven't had any downsides to Asure as of yet.

Assisting with unemployment benefits. If there is a previous employer who has filed for unemployment, UST/Asure is assisting with the issue.

When it was USA payroll, the service team was amazing and related to the customer. I felt like the company was a business partner and I have referred many businesses in the past. Now that they have sold, Ralph is gone, the new ownership has lost touch with the clients.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

The service contract is misleading. I signed up for the HR services as a "deal" for doing the ERTC filing.  The terms and conditions were buried in a link (they were not stated in the contract). To exit the service, they make it very hard. It is difficult to even obtain the information for terminating the service, let alone executing the termination.  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. As a CPA, I have worked with a number of payroll providers.  I will never work with this one again due to the poor business ethics and misleading information. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this business.

We are able to track our technicians easily with the GEO tag feature and the backend set up to get all of our properties, addresses and companies loaded was pain-free and smooth. Customer service/support has been great and it was easy to learn for all staff.

The GEO tags are a little hard to see when there are so many close together, but we are managing.

Time keeping was a big struggle having to manually enter in time for each employee, in each company, in each address. As well as the tech's location when they punch in and out has made everyone more accountable for their hours.

Asure Time and Attendance has been a wonderful product to use. Asure Time and Attendance has been a wonderful product to use, from the moment we implemented it to now. It was easy to implement, making sure we weren't left wondering how it all works. There are loads of features and they are very helpful. Plus, the user interface is easy to navigate, which makes using the product a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Better training manuals for Asure HR would be helpful. I'm pretty intuitive in working with applicaitons and it's been a struggle to figure out some of the ways to implement uploading applications.

**What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding Asure Time and Attendance has assisted in payroll processing tremendously. We just went through our first open enrollment for benefits and it went so smoothly. Adding Asure products to our work processes has definitely increased our efficiency.

The way they are always willing to help. They repsond timely to all emails. They don't talk down to me but they help me understand it completely. The program is easy to use to the point it seems to be dumbed down. Our payroll is bi -weekly and it is always ready when I am to enter my payroll. When we first signed up with Webb payroll, they were very patient with me as I was learning the program.

Nothing! I would not change a thing. I think I wouldn't like it as much if anything was changed.

My problems are few but I do on occassion have questions. Whether it's a problem or question, they solve it pretty quickly. Therefore, nothing is being waited on to be solved.

Asure is growing quickly but day to day basics seem to be more difficult than needed be, Getting a simple question answered takes way too long as most times there isn't a response via phone. The worst is being redirected to another customer service rep that is outside your usual area / HUB.

I like the fact that I talk to a person instead of a machine which has been the case with other payroll companies. I appreciate the way that they listen to my problem and then reword it to me. It helps me to see that they understand my problem correctly. And, even if my representative is busy, there is always someone there to help me. The process of swapping over to the assure system was easy. Our representative entered all of our employees for us.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

I know tha it is a safety issue. But, I don't enjoy the fact that the new update to the system keeps me from seeing the account number on the direct deposits we enter. Working in trucking, I have drivers who move their banking institutions frequently. So, I need to know what account is attached more easily than having to call in.

They help us with our taxation. They make it easier for us to have the information available for our CPA to use to file our business taxes as well.

I cant think of a single thing off the top of my head.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

I dont like how the transfer to asure was not smooth like promised (supposedly copying everything over directly but we had to manually enter a lot of things and change things that were entered incorrectly by asure) I dont like how every time I have an issue and I reach out to our rep she never even comprehends my questions and it takes months to resolve issues with no updates along the way and snarky comments by our rep when she is the one who never even understands what is being asked of her even though I have explained in full detail. Our rep also does not look at all attachments sent to her and then treats me like I dont understand all the documents required when the information has been there the entire time she just refuses to take in all information before sending a response.

Asure has caused more problems for me it has solved.

Asure is extremely user-friendly!  The platform is easy to understand and navigate, even for those who aren't good with computers.  Mobile app is just as userfriendly

I wish there were a spot to put in notes when I have to update a time card for an employee

Tracking time card for our employees who work out in the field.  I love having our employees clock in and out using their phones and being able to see where they start/stop work.  It's great to hold employees accountable and make it easy for everyone.

Sometimes the people you  work with are great, quick and effecient some are not. We like the webclock for payroll, that works great for the employees. The ability to look up your past payroll on their site is a nice feature

The reps that work with our agency seem to change constantly, lately they have not been very good at doing their job, or getting back to us.

Nothing works.  The two step verification waiting time is too long.  I provide very poor service to my employees because all I do is sit and wait like a moron waiting on a super slow product.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Everything.  I receive no assistance.  I leave message after message regarding assistance and I rarely receive or never receive a response.  For example, I requested a copy of an employees application summary for over two months now and I receive no assistance, only that they can view it and I cannot.  So I asked for a copy......crickets.

However, my co-worker receives responses in five minutes.  I receive no assistance.,or I receive a screenshot picture and am left to figure things out by myself.

It is not solving.  I have more problems.  All I do is wait for a code all day long.  That makes me look like I am providing crappy service to my employees because all I do is spend time waiting on a code that takes forever to pop up in my mailbox.

What I love best about Azure is the Sales and Customer Service Team.  Erika Somar  is great to work with  - very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She was very patient with me during the entire process. Any questions I may have she is just a text, call, or email away.

**What do you like best about Asure?**

The staff we've worked with at Asure has been wonderful, specifically Kaitlyn and Shelley. They have worked closely with me to ensure that their solutions work for our office. We have a number of unique situations and no matter what challenge I've thrown at them, they have a quick and easy solution. I am truly impressed!

Shelley made implementing a new portion of the system so easy. Our staff uses the software every day and they've expressed how easy it is for them to use it. I love how the timeclock integrates with the payroll. It makes my job easier and less room for data entry errors. 

Kaitlyn's ongoing customer service has been a true pleasure. Her responses are quick, helpful and kind. I've never been stuck with an issue or a question since Kaitlyn has been on the case!

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

Occasionally the software is a little clunky feeling. But nothing that impacts use in a large way.

Asure helps us track employee hours, time accurals and payroll. It's also enabled us to have custom hours entry for different roles within our office.

**What do you like best about Asure?**

The responsivness to quesstions via email and phone calls. In addition, Assure will not only withhold payroll taxes but will handle paying withheld taxes to the gov't on behalf of their clients so the client does not have to worry about sending in payroll taxes.

**What do you dislike about Asure?**

We were suprised to findout that they charge an additional fee if you do not use who they recommend for workers comp insurance. I wanted to use a policy I already had in place. In addition, they said they would be able to work with the insurance company and report directly to them the workers comp amount each pay period only to find out they are not willing to do this. I think initially we were told things just to get us to agree to use their services (this was through HR for Health) and then once they had us the realities came into light.

They handle our payroll.
