I don't expect much from Asure - I just need them to get the payroll paid, and they're doing that. Also, although I've had to reach out to their support team more frequently than I feel I should have in the first month of my transition, their support team has been responsive. The migration was a challenge, to say the least. I had to remind them of the deals and discounts that I was promised and get refunded for charges that I wasn't supposed to have been charged. The sales rep apparently didn't get everything signed during the actual signing meeting, so I ended up having to ask them to send me a few other documents to be signed to make sure that everything was being paid as it was supposed to be. The Assure Payroll Team is always available to help, whether it is resolving a client's payroll problem or providing education to partners via webinars.
They will bring in a client mid-year or in the middle of a quarter and make sure the data is correct and ready for the payroll submission and returns. They handle multiple states without a problem. With COVID and ERTC, there is a lot involved in getting a payroll right but they have provided webinars and online resources to keep everyone informed on legislative changes. We have nothing but good things to say about Asure. Our Asure Rep provides us with great support and responds to requests timely. Our clients love using Asure as well. I am extremely happy with the customer service! We had to change payroll processors when our tax deposits were compromised with the Michael Mann attempted theft. Asure was the software provider to our old processer and took over our account seamlessly! The customer service staff is excellent! I would like to shout out for Michael Tomes. He is very patient, knowledgeable and quick to respond. We also set up a new account for FSA. Heather James is my contact and she is absolutely awesome! She knows her stuff. I love that all I have to do is send in our payroll numbers, and Asure does everything for me, from payroll taxes to depositing our paychecks into our accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
