Poor customer service, system errors, having to do things multiple times (2 systems and a payroll system that "talks" to neither), logs you out AS YOU ARE WORKING-causing a loss of work or further errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up my account was simple and easy. Everything went nice and smooth, and I appreciated that. Deciding to switch from the payroll company I had been using for years (because it just was comfortable), so I stuck with it because, let's face it, nobody likes to take the time to set things up, especially the daunting task; of payroll! Of course, that all changed when I decided to switch to Asure. I could not believe how helpful they were and how simply easy they made it. My only regret, I should have done it a long time ago! If the power goes out and unable to clock in online, employees can punch in on the wall time clock. It saves the punches and feeds automatically into the system, which has saved us lots of manual entry/corrections on several occasions during power outages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
