First on my list is the customer service, which is so much better than any of the other companies out there. They truly care about your business needs and want to find the best possible solution for you. Also the interface is very customer friendly and helps me with running my business, and again here too; many ways to get help and make the process so much easier. There are a number of steps necessary to input payroll which if you are not familiar with, can be tricky. Also, Any questions that I may have over the weekend unfortunately must wait until Monday of the following week. I'm not aware of customer service support over the weekends..
