What do you like best about Asure?

I like Asure softward because of ease of access. There are other softwares out there but Asure makes it easy for me to use. As a small business owner I have a lot on my plate and I needed something easy that will help me run my business and pay my employees at the same time. Asure is the one. What do you dislike about Asure?

There's not much that I don't like about it. I'm still a new user but since I've started using it, the only thing I can think of is a better App instead of the web app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

Nothing. It was hard to pull reports to document payroll expenditures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

Customer service and accuracy. They could NOT prepare payroll correctly, missed collecting all contractor payments on their 1099 forms! There was never someone available to resolve issues and make corrections. I had to fight with them to reimburse the payroll errors they made. I regret suggesting them to anyone. The best part about Asure is their amazing team members and that I am not routed through a maze of calls to get to someone that can assist me. They have dedicated folks to help with implementation and administrative questions and respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
