Astute review helps ensure that all presentations are in compliance with marketing brand standards. Presentations often get edited and updated after leaving marketing. I have found that using Astute Review has greatly decreased the amount of time that I spend pouring over PowerPoint presentations to made formatting edits. This tool has helped me to recognize consistent errors that I make in presentations and assists me to correct them automatically. Our company uses specific templates that always require manual formatting and Astute Review has alleviated having to remember to go and make minor revisions to maintain branding. As a person in a sales role, this has helped me to focus on selling instead of focusing on content creation and formatting. The amount of time that is being saved with the tool has allowed me to focus on other aspects of my role that may sometimes get put to the side due to editing. At this time I do not have any strong dislikes. I was slightly intimidated about having to learn a new tool prior to using Astute Review, but once I hopped into the system I found the tool to be very intuitive and user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It prevented me from manually reviewing slides before sending presentations to others. I created a lot of custom slides and merged content from older presentations into new presentations. Astute Review integrates easily into powerpoint and its primary areas are simple and easy to navigate. It provides the the ability to easily standardize slides across different company or powerpoint slide templates in an automated fashion. In a large deck there are inevitably going to be areas where something actually should not be standardized across certain sections, and Astute Review definitely picks up every minor detail, which sometimes can end up leaving a lot of recommended changes to sift through and find the actual changes needed.
