What do you like best about Astrella?

Our implementation representative, 'Angela', deserves high praise. She has consistently exceeded our expectations. The product itself is remarkably user-friendly compared to others we have tried, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.

However, Angela's assistance has elevated the overall experience, making it not only more pleasant but also highly efficient. Once again, we cannot express enough praise for both the product and our dedicated, helpful, and friendly representative. What do you dislike about Astrella?

What do you like best about Astrella?

First - implementation. As I am administrator of the system data implementation was the main thing I needed to do. I received really great help and istructions/trainings how to do everything. Onlny problem we had was connected with award letter view, but Astrella team helped us with this.

Second - Platform. It is quite easy to use and intuitive for both - Admin and employee view. It could work faster, I think.

Third - I like customer support, quick and really helpful.

I can't say anything about integration yet - we only have plans for this for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Astrella?

Problem with mobile app (some bugs on Android)

no proper Audit report (where I did what changes, and who was removed from the system with employee details)

Bad format of numbers in report (it's easy to fix in excel but annoying). I shared this problem months ago and still the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Astrella?

- Functionality works well

More fit & finish on some functions would be nice:

- more investor self-service

- more control over work-flows, e..g option exercises

What do you like best about Astrella?

We were looking for a platform to do our Cap Table on that was affordable, LLC friendly, and easy to use. Astrella checked all those boxes for us and more. The Astrella team was great to work with as they met our needs through out the process. The customer support is great and always very helpful in addressing our needs. What do you like best about Astrella?

I am not a specialist in securities and Astrella software is easy enough for me to keep an accurate cap table, and versitile/powerful for future uses when we grow as a company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service was second-to-none. Angela V was the most helpful of professionals, going above and beyond to help us launch under a tight timeline. What do you like best about Astrella?

Astrella offers a highly cost-effective solution that competes favorably with established industry leaders such as Carta. We have gained access to their software and received a valuation that is priced at less than half the cost of the software alone compared to what competitors offer. What do you dislike about Astrella?

I am currently in the process of addressing some operational issues. While the user interface appears to be relatively intuitive, there are occasional challenges in comprehending the reporting and dashboard functions.
