We worked with Astrea on a small custom Lightning component and they were great! Their quoted prices are very reasonable, and they were communicative and helpful every step of the way.

We discovered some additional needs to make the component fit our workflows while testing their first delivered version of the package, and they were kind enough to make those tweaks very quickly (<24 hours) at no additional charge. They checked in and made sure everything was working the way we needed it, and answered my many questions quickly and thoroughly.

We did have to do significant testing/QA on our end--found a bug in their initial delivery--but the Astrea team jumped in and fixed anything I found very quickly, even if it was more of a 'need an additional workaround for Salesforce limitations' type of issue than a code bug. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Astrea IT Services?

Nothing really -- we did have to be pretty hands-on with testing, we didn't get a turnkey solution, but we weren't really looking for one. They provided exactly what we needed, but if you don't have Salesforce experts handy you'd want to make sure to work with them on a test plan and very specific requirements from the outset. What do you like best about Astrea IT Services?

We have worked with Astrea over 18 months now and we will continue to use them going forward. Astrea have always been extremely prompt in delivering Salesforce work work and responding to our queries. They work as a team, if one is not available, someone else can step in. Overseeing the process is the Director Naveen who responds to queries & quotes. It works well. Any queries over hours are dealt with the Director. We operate on both a fixed price rate for pieces of work and for other work we have an hourly rate. Items are logged on a daily basis on Google sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Astrea IT Services?

At tiimes we had to query extra hours attributed to work and ensure that work (paid for) was completed correctly. This was easily solved with the Director. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
