Their planning process means that only emergencies (system down, something affecting collecting revenue) are handled RIGHT NOW. Otherwise, you will have to wait for their teams to estimate and schedule the work. This software is the "brain" of our entire organization, and it's indispensable when coordinating memberships, billing, and planning events. It allows our members to pay their dues in a convenient, instant way. It's very bare-bones, and the user interface is a little clunky and dated. Our customers often have trouble understanding the program. Association Anywhere allows users to find members/customers easily. It also utilizes a cloud based system, so storage/accessing data is never an issue. There are lots of options for where to place different aspects of your business such as advertising billing, member/client information, sales and much more.
