What do you like best about AssistEdge?

1.Visual editor feature and Scheduling bot is much easier

2.Embedded AI in tool.

3.Workflow design of the tool is best for RPA

4.AssistEdge is backed up with good community support.

5.I can analyse bot run history,task failures,task logs with its Bot analytics feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AssistEdge?

1. Sometimes ,fails to close the browser.

2.Bot fails in search Time out issue .

3. Dropdown selection feature is worst. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AssistEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?

It worked well most of the time as visual editor is embedded. So, i can automate things with our c# code. I worked for my client in tail spend management automation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is excellent for Business processes that are well defined but involve manual intervention in terms of process, tracking and measuring the progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

* Helps clients identify automation opportunities and enables automation of repetitive processes that required manual intervention in the past.
