**What do you like best about AssetWatch?**

I like how easy it is to get started and use AssetWatch. Having a dedicated Vibration engineer to review the data removes a large barrier for companies not utilizing vibration. The dialog between myself and the engineer is really helpful. It has helped us identify root causes like poor installation practices and incorrect parts being used. The Vibration engineer is super responsive and attentive.

**What do you dislike about AssetWatch?**

The website seems dated. When going back to the asset homepage I have to scroll through a bunch of assets every time. The chat system is ineffective because you can easily lose important dialog or information like a work order number. I can't even start a chat on an asset I have questions about.

**What problems is AssetWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AssetWatch for monitoring with 400 sensors on critical assets. They provide sensors, review data, and alert me for maintenance, making it easy to start and use. The Vibration engineer handles data analysis and is responsive, helping identify issues like poor installation or incorrect parts.

**What do you like best about AssetWatch?**

Asset watch has provided ROI and were just in our trial period. The recommended maintenance and chat ability through the dashboard helps us perform proper maintenance and troubleshooting. They catch problems before they happen helping us shift from reactive to proactive maintenance.

**What do you dislike about AssetWatch?**

If the maintenance technicians move sensors during maintenance, they need to get them back in the correct area. Its not really an asset watch problem as much as it is a training our maintenance tech problem.

**What problems is AssetWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved downtime. Alerts come quick and provide plenty of time to plan maintenance downtime to avoid production interruptions.

Assetwatch has a responsive team that is easy to reach. They are eager to resolve the issue and try their best.

**What do you dislike about AssetWatch?**

Assetwatch has to offer additional solutions to be more competitive. There are numerous shortcomings with their software such as envelope spectrum. They need to consider coverage when the US has holidays as Canada could still be working.

**What problems is AssetWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assetwatch started the anomaly notification which got a lot of positive reviews from our team. We closely watch the anomaly notification as it informs us if something is rapidly deteriorating. The oil analysis has been beneficial as we have 1 portal to manage the vibration analysis and the oil analysis.

  ### 4. Early Warnings, Seamless CMMS Integration, and Remarkable Customer Service.

**What do you like best about AssetWatch?**

The most helpful thing about using AssetWatch is the early warning of a possible problem which allows us to plan ahead for a repair instead of having a downtime event costing precious time and money. We also like the fact that there is a CME monitoring the assets and alerting us to any issues they feel needs addressing. The implementation was a breeze and a fully completed in one day without any interruption to our equipment. We were also able to integrate our CMMS system with them and if there is an alert which requires immediate attention, the CME can create a Work Order for our team members to address the situation. Lastly the customer service is remarkable. Generally if I have a question or concern I can expect a response immediately, or within a few minutes. If our CSR or CME are tied up for few minutes, the other team members have no problem jumping in and getting our question or concern taking care of. It is a pleasure to work with them.

**What do you dislike about AssetWatch?**

As with most things in life nothing is perfect. There are a couple of things we wanted when we started with AssetWatch that were, and are not currently, available. We are looking to put a few of the sensors in a high temperature setting. Of course you are dealing with batteries and electronics and their current models, at that time, would not take our temperature requirements. We also have the need for pressure monitors. The AssetWatch team took the time to set up a teams call and get our specific needs and and requirements in these areas and noted they would take our information and get with the R&D team and developers and as these were necessities brought up by other customers, and branches they may want to pursue.

**What problems is AssetWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned before, the ability to see a possible problem with an asset in the early stage, allows us to prepare and plan ahead for a repair to avoid downtime. This intern helps keep our machines running in their optimal condition and speed which provides us with the maximum amount of production and inventory. The first catch by a CME and you realize the benefits and savings.
