Although APMS is a very good solution for integrating with 3rd party apps, in our case, we faced some minor issues in alerting when alerts were integrated with Slack channel. With the help of this software, my asset performance, asset health, and production have increased tremendously. The only thing that I dislike is that it takes a minute to sit down and understand how well the system can actually help you. You just have to click around and learn it then you will understand your flow and quick clicks to the areas that give YOU the beneficial information for your business... but this happens with any new software or system so I do not think it is hurtful to APMS.
