Dennis tried to warn us, but we didn't listen: purchasing the voter hotline support was unnecessary for such a small voter group. Basic products are easy to use for standard election customers. But jointly we have created super customer experiences for most demanding banking sector election customers. The outlook of all web browser based services is critical when users are wanted to visit the web pages. In candidate search and voting the static pages are no more the best solution, as users are used to dynamic and live content everywhere in web. It seems like a system that has evolved in a piecemeal fashion, and therefore it can be difficult to decode icons and terms. For example, it's the first time I have to click on a search icon (magnifying glass) to edit a text. It is usually a pencil. And there are many small things like this that could use a UX review.
