Neos brings everything that Needles had into a cloud-based system that lets everyone work effectively in a hybrid environment with much better document management and integration of ancillary products/software. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** There are occasional bugs in the system, especially following updates, and features/functionality will at times disappear. I would like to see there be more than the "capsule" walk throughs when new features are added or old features are removed. With our staff, it would be helpful to have even a 15 minute Zoom walkthrough so people can be shown the new features and ask questions. Before with the older version, I was easily able to filter clients out by specific birthdays in order to be able to send them Birthday cards. Now I need to call NEOS to help me navigate, and even then the list isn't as specific as it was before. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assembly Neos gets better with every update, and helps us be able to communicate with our clients that much faster. I have never had so many valid excuses as to why something wasn't done or something wasn't posted. The tag feature on posting a message from outlook to neos is really nice and has a 50/50 shot of actually being there. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** My finger is sore from scrolling so much to get to anything. The screen is so gray and bland that after a while its hard to read what you're looking at. Neos was the first program to have multiple document generation, it impacted my productivity positively. Before Neos, we were creating documents from scratch and it was tedious since we generated an overwhelming amount each day. The templates are such a blessing! On top of that, the cloud and connection with Microsoft 365 made it simple. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** The coding for "our own" templates. The format keeps changing and it is hard to get the right "code", so we have to "play with the document until we get it right. However, it's been very beneficial especially when I'm off work and shows where I left off at. ### 36. I especially love the ability to search for key words within documents! **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** Sometimes it doesn't feel as user friendly. I wish I was able to more freely enter information at times, instead of having to create a contact or facility address first. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having gone from file explorer files, it is so much easier to search for clients, documents, etc., and the notes section is such a great way to keep all communication in one spot. ### 37. You do not have to jump around in programs, therefore reducing the transition times in between cases. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** The only downside is that it is found that sometimes notes are hidden or have to realign the layout to see all of the notes so that we may find the information that we are looking for. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** The program is truly assisting the firm to become more streamlined and efficent.
