As long as the case information is put correctly into the system then the system can pull information to put letters and documents together. my favorite part is the texting ability. It is easy. Most people will look at their phone first thing in the morning. Emails do not get as much attention as texting. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** It gets wonky sometimes and doesn't save documents and it becomes a habit to check every once in awhile in the event it gets wonky. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** the text system update was a game changer. hoping to be able to call from neos soon. saving documents and creating documents saves loads of time and eliminates mistakes. ### 3. You literally can do anything all in one program. No more multiple programs being up at once when you are using Neos. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** The option to "add document" to existing PDF's in a clients Neos folder is great but the downside to that is having to search through tons of documents that have been added by others throughout the day. It would be nice to pull from documents that have been added to the specific clients file instead of searching through days of documents that do not apply to that particular client. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not have to have multiple programs up to case manage. I also don't like that so many things cannot be edited or customized even by the partners at the firm. The checklist provides another example of this -- we prefer setting the "completed" date as the date the task was in fact completed, but if someone forgets to check off that item on that date, the only choice is to mark it as completed as of the date it was checked off. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ideally Neos would be a time-saver so that I can work through my caseload more efficiently, but most of the time that is not the case. I really like how Neos continuously updates their platform for their users, equipping us with the best experience possible. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** There are a couple of things that I would like to add to Neos, possibly adding a tab at the top of the page for the birthdate to prevent clicking back and forth between the cases page or value tab page when it comes to verifying balances or talking with the providers. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that is solved is having a dashboard where I can view all my stats at once,whether that is viewing how many calls I have to make for the day versus how many cases I have that are actively treating to cases that are done treating and ready to be moved forward. I can add multiple tabs, and it helps me keep track of my cases. I love how I am able to apply a subject line before adding a note, it helps me and the attorney figure out what is going on with the case. Not to mention, Neos works very fast in delivering messages we send to our clients. It is also very easy to use, it only takes a day to learn how to use it. I love this advanced program, and I cant wait to use any new features Neos has to offer! **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** Not being able to send a message from the notes option, other than that, I love using Neos! **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** When attempting to look up documents, we would normally have to scroll down a long list, or remember the number for each document which can take up some time. I also appreciate how user-friendly it is and the efficiency measures that have been created to help keep information organized. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** It is slow at times, buggy with Microsoft 365, which can disrupt my productivity. Sometimes I spend 15-20 minutes trying to troubleshoot the problem before having to spend an additional 30 minutes with support to figure out an issue. That can eat into my day, making me less poductive. HOWEVER, there are so many places where NEOS has made my job easier and has saved so much time, so it tends to even out in the end. And Neos support is always so friendly and eager to problem solve with me. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating templates has become so much easier and faster to populate. The PDF Editor, too, has made my job faster and easier to do. For example: In the past, using NEEDLES 4, I was lucky to get 20 medical requests out in a day, but with NEOS I have sent out as many as 60 in one day. NEOS has also reduced the amount of paper and printing in our office. It has made it easier and faster to link emails to notes (so long as Microsoft doesn't create an update to make the NEOS app all glitchy). ### 15. It helps keep everything organized. I also love the notes and tags features; in this field we get SO many emails from providers, adjusters, vendors and beyond, so to be able to contain all case related matters within the program helps keep my email tidy. I really like the companion feature, it makes it simple to copy informaiton back and forth so information is consistent across all connected cases. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** There is very little that I would change about Neos! One thing would be that any changes to page layout would save across all cases, rather than just to the case you're activley working in. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing that Neos does to benefit me is keeping all information in the same place. Using a different case managment software, we had to use a seperate program to carry documents into the case managment program, and there were often email chains that didn't originate from the case. I use the calendar everyday, I navigate between looking at the client files and the diary everydate. I put in many notes to make it easier to remember what has been done on the file. That's ok. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** If I tag e-mails to the case I end up with more than 50 notes. Well, all my cases have more than 50 notes, and Neos designed it so that you can't scroll through more than 50 notes. and if you get close to the 50th note, you end up in note "0/50" and can't scroll anywhere. I reported this as a bug and Neos said "nope, that's how we designed it" It's not user friendly. Also the document creation is not as easy as Needles was. Also, the training was not very good, and every question I had during training the trainer had to go and consult with someone else. Rigid inability to use subfolder structure. Also the frustrating lack of customization (to name the few existing folders, to eliminatre or at leats relocate data fields that our firm doesn't use, to implement color or other boldening of important entries like incoming payments, erc). It is an application that easy to train new users how to use as well as was very easy for us to transition from our previous file management system.
