Assembly Neos is great for busy attorneys on the go. You are able to access your documents anywhere and everywhere using their cloud system. I love the freedom it gives me and how easy it is to log-in. I don't need to worry about having to remote on to a server and worry about spending a long time going through access codes. Neos seems to be in its early days for defense work. It would be great to see them expand into more defense-orientated products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I am able to review edits made to my files by others outside of myself. I also love that confirmation is needed before exiting out of a note or any task that consists of edits- which helps to not lose what I'm doing. I love when I do need assistance, I get immediate help from customer support. I'm not waiting days to get a response, it's literally minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any dislikes that come to mind. Neos is very manageable and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Neos is such a life saver! I like the fact that we have become more efficient as an office due to Neos' ability to keep all of our cases and documents organized. I really appreciate the fact that I can color code documents, I like the case calender which keeps me focused and on-track. We use this software every day because it's user friendly. We did have a situation where the site had crashed but customer support was on it and the site was back up in no time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The document generator and value tab are two of my favorite features. These features are not only time efficent but also user-friendly. The value tab helps our firm keep track of all expenses and records not only that but it's accessible. The document generator save us time and it's easy to manage. When we had any techical difficulties the IT was very understanding, patient, and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are times when the document generator glitches. When we first started using Neos we would generate a documentand it would automatically name it under the date and name it was one of our firm's favorite features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a mid-sized law firm, we were in need of a solution that could streamline our operations, and Neos Law Firm Software has exceeded our expectations. Based on my experience this software is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for our team to adopt and integrate into our daily workflow (time-efficient).The case management features is a great feature it allow our firm to keep track of all our cases in one place. One of my favorite features is the document automation has saved us countless hours, and the customizable templates are a lifesaver for our standard procedures. Billing and time tracking are straightforward, helping us manage our finances without hassle. What truly sets Neos apart is their excellent customer support, I would give it a 10/10. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed guidance, their team has been quick to respond and very knowledgeable as well as patient. Overall, Neos has significantly improved our efficiency and communication within the firm. I highly recommend it to any legal practice looking to modernize and better support their business operations it will save you time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the case management features are somewhat lacking in depth we often find ourselves needing additional functionality that isn’t available. Document automation has been hit or miss sometimes it works well, but other times we encounter glitches that delay our processes, but Neos customer support always makes sure to help. Other than that I think Neos is a great software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the fact that I can easily integrate my files directly into the cloud alongside wach case. It is incredibly easy to upload and view documents, as well as utilize AI features built in for analysys. As I spend most of my day on a computer, it is helpful to have so many features in one tab, I use neos so much more frequently than any other window. I am looking forward to seeing what other softwares can be implemented and increase productivity and connectivity! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was a steep learning curve switching from traditional, server based computing, to a web-based cloud software. There were some hiccups, as with anything new, and neos is still developing, but that could be a strenght in the long run! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few features of Neos that I find hlepful are being able to mention coworkers in notes and that my notes update in real time if someone else is wokring in the file. The activity feed is also a helpful tool to measure my workflow and manage who made what changes in a file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there is an internet issue, you are at a loss. I find values to be more difficult than it needs to be. In Needles, everything was more simple and the settlement money showed in red. The search function brings cases up in an order that is not realivant. It is also missing key information (like which attorney is handling the case). If there are multiple clients with the same name, you have to click through each case to find the one you're looking for which is time consuming. The cases also do not display if there is a Jr. or Sr. causing you to dig to find if you are working in the correct file. A lot of the features that might be helpful are considered add on products (like manging intakes) and I'm not sure why we would pay more money for more features when the ones we have are not that great. If I'm being honest, Needles was much more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is incredibly intuitive and flexible, offering a wide range of customization options that make it easy to design and build exactly what I envision. The team behind Assembly Neos also listens to user feedback, regularly implementing changes to enhance the experience. The supportive community and cutting-edge technology keep me engaged and excited about what’s possible on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times, certain features can feel a bit clunky or in need of optimization. Occasionally, updates may introduce small bugs that can affect workflow, though these are generally addressed quickly. A few additional tutorials or resources would also be helpful to guide new users through more advanced tools and features.Additionally, I wish Assembly Neos offered more tailored support and resources specifically for smaller firms, which would help make the platform even more accessible and beneficial to all types of users. Neos is very easy to navigate when it comes to organizing our files. Our office has over 1,000 clients and Neos makes it easy to find them within just a few seconds. It's also great that you can link the case documents to the documents folder on the desktop. You can also create notes for each case, that way when someone else in the office is talking to a client, they can look at the notes to see what is going on with their case. The only issue I have had while using Neos is the technical issues. There are times where it wont load or wont open a page. It can be stressful when clients call in to check the status and we are unable to pull their case up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Neos has more positive features for personal injury firms than negative. It has multiple tabs and areas that are beneficial (especially the damages and value section). I enjoyed being able to see all of the value of the case in one area and the ability to create a settlement statement in the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were issues with entries not saving. I also was having to input the same information multiple times, in multiple areas. It felt repetitive at times. It took a lot of time to learn to use. It was not the easiest out of the softwares I have used. Integrating other software did not seem to stick always, either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
