Coming from a server based program to a cloud based program was out of this world! We love the document capability, the easy to understand and navigate platform. Neos is clear and concise - no more skipping from tab to tab to input or search information. Neos is an easy to understand format that we can access from our home office as easily as if we are on site. The ability to add details to notes that make it far easier to pinpoint what you are looking for is amazing. Additionally, there are so many short tutorials all staff members can learn or refresh how to achieve various tasks without having to wait for technical support. Some of them seem they will be helpful by the title but end up not being helpful for what I was looking for. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mostly retrieve/assemble medical records. These features are not only time efficent but also user-friendly. The value tab helps our firm keep track of all expenses and records not only that but it's accessible. The document generator save us time and it's easy to manage. The way it integrates with Outlook's calendar, for instance, is great when you have colleagues who forget to give you access to their calendars! Also, I love tweaking our templates to serve us just the way we need them to. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** I would love to use the document template generation feature, but it’s still too clunky. Before I can even use it, I have to format the PDF in another software just to make the fields readable for Neos. Then, aligning everything within Neos becomes a frustrating process. It's organization capabilities are phenomenal. There is a place for all of the information, notes, calls, and documents. The documents can be previewed or fully opened from the file without needing to download anything. Then there is the advanced searching that Neos is able to do. I can easily find information using the searching that help to locate similar cases, insurance information, identify people and pull information on the cases I am handling. There is also the ability to create documents in Neos, so I am able to work more efficiently and lessen the amount of platforms I need to use at a time. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** There really aren't any major downsides to Neos that I have seen. **What problems is Assembly Neos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Neos is helps keep the documentation of the case simple and in one place. If we are not done with a client it literally makes them disappear. I have to take a picture of my screen every day to ensure I do not forget who I had pulled up. There were a few times we contacted support but the issue would be unresolved. With it being cloud based it is automatically updated when there is a change in the case. I like the ease of finding information quickly as well as the integration abilities it has with several other platforms. **What do you dislike about Assembly Neos?** It does crash from time to time, I don't know if it's Neos or QuickBooks or both that doesn't communicate well. We have been able to upload our letters to the program and be able to generate each one for our clients, we can even open the generated letters and change the letter. It helps cut down the time of having to produce each letter one by one and cut down on the basic needs of inputting name, address etc. Neos has a calendar setting to set dates for clients and even write notes to other co-workers. Logging in and out is very easy and case reminders come up when you log in everyday. Time keeping can be put for each case if you need to keep time for hourly cases for civil or criminal cases. Cost for each case can be calculated and input in the system, to make everything easier for the accountant. It certainly can be customizable to your office. The other types of cases include employment, insurance/contract and premises liability. It is difficult to use Neos if the initial set up of the system is geard only towards personal injury so unless you have been trained on how to set up the system, you are using personal injury checklists/reminders that do not apply.
