"Intuitive Interface and Easy to Use"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

What I really liked about Assembly by Quantum Workplace is the easy interface and the variety of options it offers. As a first-time user, I found it simple to navigate, which made it easy for me to find exactly what I needed, share points, receive points, and convert them into gift cards. It was also straightforward to give points to my peers. The overall experience was pretty good, and the ease of setting up the product, especially with the single sign-on feature, added to its appeal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

Not really a complaint. Because there's so many options finding one to suit my needs could be a little overwhelming with the amount of options, but I rather have more options than less options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Recognition, Needs Email Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I like that the recognition in Assembly by Quantum Workplace is actually usable and feasible. You can turn the recognition into gift cards or something that you can use in your life, which makes people want to seek out these assembly points. I've seen most people go above and beyond to receive them, which is great. Plus, the initial setup was a breeze for me since whoever did my account setup did most of the work. What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

Sometimes I do want to keep some things a little bit more private, or actually, I get spammed a lot by Assembly because it's a big organization, and everyone's recognizing everyone, even in our own team. So I do get a lot of emails regarding that. And, if I can just get that condensed down to maybe one email a week, that would be much better. I wish that it could be integrated easier, like maybe in Teams, since we do use Teams to talk to each other. If I can pull up someone in Teams and send them points that way, that would be very beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fun, Easy Peer Recognition That Feels Personal"
5/5
What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

It's easy to use, and there are a lot of options when you're cashing in your tokens to receive a reward. I like that it allows colleagues to meaningfully recognize their peers, and the person being recognized gets to choose their rewards or how they wish to be recognized. It's fun that you can use it like you would social media platforms, and you can tag people, even people you're not recognizing who may be interested in chiming in or adding to the recognition. You can use emojis and GIFs to make it unique and personalized, which I really appreciate. It's also integrated with Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I can't think of anything I don't like about Assembly by Quantum Workplace right now. I also wasn't involved in the initial setup, so I can't say if that process had any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A new option to redeem your coins is available by depositing them into your bank account, but it takes 2-4 days to become available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Assembly delivers an entry level gift card and overpriced company swag marketplace"
4/5
What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

What I like most about Assembly is how easy it is to use for recognizing people. It works well as an entry-level gift card option, though it can also feel like an overpriced company swag marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I wish we had more points to give out to our people, especially as managers. It also feels like a gift card marketplace where you trade 100 points for $10, so something like buying a work hoodie for 1,000 points is out of the question when you only get 100 points to give away to your whole team. It would be nice if they included experiences like other platforms do. Right now, there are no experiences or travel options available on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I like the camaraderie it builds. I am in a very siloed position, and it helps me keep a finger on the pulse of the rest of the organization. I like to feel included in what is happening. I also feel like each employee is valued. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

Nothing! I have used it from both the Admin and user perspectives and thoroughly enjoy how user-friendly it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to talk with my coworkers about positive things in the workplace, not always focusing on negative aspects. It helps me feel better even on a tough day since I can see what my coworkers are posting and recognize people, which makes me happy. Also, the initial setup of Assembly by Quantum Workplace was very easy, and it was a lot of fun to work with on the first day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

I would say probably group chats, just making it easier to understand and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tangible, Organization-Wide Recognition That Feels Meaningful"
4/5
What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

It feels like a more tangible form of appreciation. I also like how it gets shared across the organization, so the recognition is visible to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?

My limit keeps expiring with little or no notification. There should also be better vendor options. I also wanted a refund option in the form of air ticket vendors like Indigo/Air India, but I didn’t get any such option.

I’d also love to see a scheduling option. For example, if there is some appreciation to give but the giver doesn’t have enough points at that moment, at least 1–2 months of advance points should be allowed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
