I really like how Assembly by Quantum Workplace allows you to give and get recognition through the platform. It actually makes you want to pay it forward even more. It's changed the culture in a subtle but very real way. I feel that the recognition hits differently than just telling somebody they did a good job because it's specific, it's public, and it feels like you've earned it. I also love how it supports our collaborative environment in Sweden, showing it as a team-based effort towards a cohesive goal. I love using Assembly by Quantum Workplace because it helps us recognize our coworkers and lets them know that we appreciate them. We don't have to call everybody one by one since everyone can see online how great a person is doing. It makes me feel special and appreciated by my managers because they give us rewards that we can use for something that we want to show their appreciation. Setting it up was very easy too; all you have to do is follow the directions, and they walk you through it. With over 100 people at our workplace using this, I've had no problems with it yet, and I would give it a 10 out of 10 when recommending it to a friend or colleague.
