Assembly has been really nice to use at our organization. I like the ability to recognize colleagues every month for a job well done. I like that the points can be cashed in for valuable prizes and gift cards for places where I shop every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform was a little difficult to get used to at the beginning. I feel like there's a lot more than just the recognition portion to be utilized, but we just don't and so sometimes it's confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way assembly is set up at my company communicates an incredibly high value to the individual employees. I’ve used systems before where you need 15,000 points to get a camping stove from some store you’ve never heard of. Assembly has a clear currency and high cash value for employees. It also lets you champion culture well by tying your shoutouts to different parts of the company’s culture. It is a simple interface to use, which is great for desk employees already plugged into so many systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the volume of R&R across the company can feel overwhelming and can become like background noise. I've under-utilized the culture building pieces, but sometimes those feel disjointed from the rest of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Assembly is an incredible platform that is not only user-friendly but also designed to meet users where they are. Its intuitive interface ensures a seamless experience for everyone, making it easy to view and give recognitions. This ease of use drives high adoption rates and fosters a fun, engaging environment where employees can celebrate each other’s achievements.
i implemented assembly into SSO as well and it was a very quick process with great documentation and easy to do. the easiness to integrate into slack as well makes it all that much sweeter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only aspect of Assembly I find less favorable is its limitation on giving someone your entire allotment of rewards. If someone truly deserves the recognition, it feels unnecessary to impose restrictions or add extra steps to the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve been using Assembly Rewards for a while now, and I have to say, I absolutely love it! The whole rewards program is so easy to use and genuinely rewarding. Earning points feels effortless, and the best part is how quickly they add up. Whether you’re completing tasks, making purchases, or simply interacting with the platform, there are so many ways to rack up points.
What really stands out to me is the variety of ways I can redeem my points. From discounts to exclusive offers, the options feel endless. It’s not just about earning points—it's about getting real value back for your time and effort. I’ve already redeemed points a few times, and the process is super smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, Assembly Rewards has really exceeded my expectations. It’s a fantastic program, and I’m excited to keep earning and redeeming. If you haven’t joined yet, I highly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I can think of right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ssembly (joinassembly.com) is an employee experience platform focused on enhancing engagement through recognition, rewards, and feedback. It offers customizable programs, seamless integrations with tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams, and detailed analytics for tracking impact. It's a cost-effective solution with a free plan for small teams, making it ideal for startups and businesses looking to improve employee satisfaction and build a positive work culture. Limited Customization on Lower Plans. While Assembly offers customization, some advanced features may be locked behind higher-tier plans, limiting flexibility for smaller businesses or those on a budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Assembly is how quick and user friendly it is to use. I can send a coworker recognition in 1 minute for something they did or helped me with that I wanted to ensure they know I appreciated. It's easy to say "thanks" to someone and just move on, but this is such a great way to use little effort and take the extra step to show someone what they do matters. It also goes beyond the words but allows them to redeem a gift card or donate their points to a charity, which is nice to have that option to give back! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I have is that I am often unable to access the app on my phone. It says loading but I wait 5 minutes and it doesn't open. Not sure if it's an issue connecting to my companys SSO or an issue with the app itself. I don't think there are any other issues or things I dislike about Assembly. It's easy to navigate, redeem points, and browse the home feed. If theres one thing that is not a necessity but something that would be fun to add, is some more gifs to use - I just notice we all use the same ones over and over so it would be fun to have some more options :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's such a nice feeling to get a compliment from a coworker and know you're appreciated for the work you do. It really is a small gesture that goes a long way. The added points to get yourself a gift is a nice bonus on top of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to have a bigger allowance each month, especially when you work with big teams or multiple people. Sometimes it can be hard to choose who to give recognition to when there are so many people to thank! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease in boosting morale, providing feedback, and engaging in a fun, interactive way. This platform allows users to interact with posts from other team members and participate collaboratively. Also, the diverse selection of items available for redeeming candies, from gift cards and prepaid credit cards to charity donations, is a fantastic perk. Automation for giving candies on specific properties, such as birthday or date joined the company. Highly recommended!
Note: I would suggest that companies provide clear guidance to users on the appropriate ways to use this tool. Expressing gratitude is valuable, yet without careful oversight, the tool could inadvertently be used to congratulate others for routine, expected (paid) work, which may lead to disengagement or feel like just another way to add extra money at the end of the month. I’ve been part of the Assembly Rewards Program through my workplace, and it’s been a great experience. It’s a lovely way to feel recognised and to show appreciation for others.
The rewards are things you’d want which is sometimes rare in rewards programs. It’s also been great for the team. You can see how much everyone appreciates each other’s work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I’ve had a really positive experience with Assembly Rewards so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives shout out to co-workders with actual benefit, boosting team connection and showing you recognize their hard work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I want to give points to a group of folk, I have to type their name and find them one by one in the system. It would be better if I can just copy their names and Assembly find them in the system automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
