As an employee at DealerON, I've had the pleasure of using Assembly to recognize and be recognized by my peers, and I have to say it’s been an amazing experience! Assembly makes employee recognition seamless, effective, and fun. The platform allows us to share recognition points with coworkers for a job well done, which can then be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including gift cards.
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use—whether it’s a quick shout-out for a small accomplishment or a larger recognition for a major achievement, Assembly makes it simple to show appreciation. The rewards system is also a fantastic touch; not only does it boost morale, but it provides an extra incentive for doing great work.
In a company like DealerON, where collaboration and teamwork are crucial, Assembly helps foster a positive culture and keeps everyone motivated. It’s a powerful tool for making sure great work doesn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend it to any team looking to build a culture of recognition and reward! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found anything I displike about Assembly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it gets the team across departments engaged with each other. It's been so great for boosting camaraderie. We often appreciate others and their hard work, but we rarely quantify or demonstrate that appreciation. It's easy to use for all team members, and we had a lot of interest right from the get-go! It was easily integrated into my routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think there are any downsides to using Assembly! You get out what you put in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would be lying if I didn't mention the rewards/recognition feature as my #1. I love being able to monetarily reward my friends/colleagues for random things at work (I also really enjoy the recognition myself)!! I will also mention the surveys are extremely easy to use, and very useful for HR-related things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know if this is assembly or my company specifically, but when they post new surveys or anything of the sort, it would be nice if they popped up at the top of the left side bar so I knew right away what was newer, and it was more easily accessible.
I guess I want MORE ease of access, like, make it stupid obvious, like I was a child. :') Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You know, Assembly’s been pretty great at work. It’s super easy to give a shout-out when someone helps you out or does something awesome. It feels like we’re all more connected, like a real team. And the whole thing where you earn coins that you can swap for gift cards? That’s a nice little perk—makes saying “thanks” even more fun. Plus, it fits right in with the other stuff we use at work, so it’s not a hassle at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The gift card options could be better, not everyone finds something they like. Also it’d be nice if there was a way to send a private note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I especially appreciate how Assembly streamlines peer recognition and creates a transparent, engaging platform for celebrating team achievements. The social features make it incredibly satisfying to publicly acknowledge colleagues' contributions and see others' reactions. This creates a positive feedback loop where recognition becomes a natural part of our work culture.
Another major benefit is how Assembly helps quantify and track recognition through points and rewards, making it easier for both managers and peers to understand who's making meaningful impacts. The platform also makes it simple to tie recognition to company values and specific achievements, which helps reinforce our organizational culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't have any downsides. Maybe allow the use of multiple gifs instead of just one? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Assembly has rich of good features which includes teammate recognition feature. The platform is very simple and easy to add comment with predefined behavioural tags(which emphasis the human behaviour and quality most). It gives confidence to teammate after recieving it. We can even send some points to recognized teammate, which can be redeemed later into popular gift cards or goodies or donate to charities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is lot of Integration tools available like MS Teams, Slack,WorkDay, Jira for soomth integration and implementation. But, sometimes it might require extra guidance and support for new users atleast.
Assembly has good customer support and FAQs pages available for better understanding and frequency of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Assembly website has been an incredibly valuable tool for me as a manager. It provides an easy and meaningful way to give tangible recognition to my team members, showing appreciation for their hard work and dedication. One feature I especially appreciate is the reminder emails—it helps me stay consistent in acknowledging my team's efforts, even during busy times. Assembly has made it simple to create a culture of recognition and gratitude, and I’ve seen how much it positively impacts morale and motivation. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance employee engagement! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Depending on the user experience, some aspects of the site may feel less intuitive, as I have heard from employees that they do not understand how to redeem Assembly points, though I have explained the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how Assembly allows anyone from admin to entry level employees to recognize a co-worker for their hard work, extra help, etc. I also love that we can celebrate each other's milestones, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Our company has locations in 4 states, so we don't see each other face-to-face very often. Assembly allows us to connect with each other in a centralized platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of any downsides to Assembly. It is what you make of it - those employees who participate tend to enjoy it and appreciate the connectedness it provides. Those who don't can't understand why it's such a great addition to our company's culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to send my colleagues a message of gratitude. The different variety of exciting rewards that can be offered, there's sure to be something of interest for EVERYONE! It is so great to have an effortless way to be seen by everyone in our company. I love seeing all the birthday shoutouts. I also love how the website is laid out to look like a social media platform; makes me feel more connected with my company!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A little too much feature/colors makes for a noisy webpage with a lot going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Assembly has helped Genscript improve our employee recognition greatly. We are seeing a great participation and I personally love using my points each month to recognize my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
