Assembly is super easy to use and has great features to spice up posts and easily tag colleagues so they get a boost of reward points. I used other tools at big enterprises in my past workplaces, but Assembly truly surpasses all those experiences...not just "warp speed" better, but more like "ludicrous speed" awesome! The variety of gifs to add into posts, the flexibility for our Assembly admin to create social and helpful folders and flows....there's just a ton of cool features in Assembly. It also integrated into MS Teams very easily and the mobile app on my iPhone is another way for me to stay engaged even when I'm not at my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that I sometimes start to spend a little too much time having fun posting on Assembly when I probably should get back to getting some work done. It's just a fun tool to use and spread goodness across our company culture: encouragement, care, humor, and recognition of others' hard work, creativity, and general awesomeness. The Assembly Recognition Portal is so amazing for workplace culture! It helps a lot in saying thanks to teammates and celebrating their wins, big or small. This platform makes it very easy to show appreciation in a meaningful way. What I like most is how simple it is. Anyone can use it! It lets every effort, even the small ones, get noticed. The design is so user-friendly, and you can customize it to make it more personal when you want to say thanks. It really helps teams feel more happy and connected. It’s not just a tool; it’s like a way to make the workplace more positive and nice. Assembly has changed how we show gratitude and celebrate others. I think every team should try it. Highly recommending it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Redeeming rewards in India feels a little limited. The options we have are okay, but if there were more variety and local choices, it would make the experience much better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Assembly is how it allows us to recognize and celebrate the hard work and achievements of our peers. As a remote employee, it can sometimes be challenging to connect and bond with colleagues across different time zones. But thanks to Assembly, we can consistently highlight each other's contributions and share recognition through Slack for everyone to see. The simplicity of doing this every month is incredible and makes it such an easy and impactful tool for fostering connection and appreciation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think one downside of Assembly is that, depending on the location of team members, some rewards and benefits aren’t accessible to everyone globally. While this is understandable since certain services or companies aren’t available in every country, it would be great to explore alternative rewards that offer similar value and inclusivity for all team members. The platform is very easy to use and offers a fun variety of ways to recognize and thank other people in our organization. I like the ways we can customize our instance to include things like "how to redeem points in our swag store" for example. I also love the option of attaching gifs to add more fun. I honestly can't think of any. At first I didn't like that all my posts were public, but then I found the "post privately" option. So that was simply user error. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My organization has been using Assembly for about a year in a half now, and we have thoroughly enjoyed it! This site is a great way for colleagues to give each other kudo's throughout the year, and the rewards are a great incentive to give out the Assembly points to each other. This site definitely incentivizes our colleagues to say "Thank You" and "Job Well Done" anytime. The platform is easy to use and manage. We customized the platform to coincide with our organizations values and mission statement. This reinforces our values to everyone in the organization throughout the year, and reminds our colleagues about the importance of support and appreciation for each other. I have zero downsides for Assembly. If you are considering this platform for your organization, do it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about assembly is the ease of use. We are generally busy with our core work and its difficult some to use these kind of tools. But this tool is very quick to appriciate someone and also woth the value for which we want to appreciate someone. Dora AI is great option to draft and the gif images are cherry on top. I love this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I hevn't find anything yet that i want and which is not available in Assembly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Assembly has become a fun way for my team to interact and build community together. Especially considering how so many of us are working remotely, it can be a challenge creating that tight knit team environment. Assembly has helped us brdge that gap and allowed us to have fun and make connections! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only real complaint is I am not able to view my team specifically on the home feed. While I do enjoy seeing everyone in the company and celebrating their wins, I'd like a way to just be able to see my own team and the recognition and conversations they're having. Similar to a Friends/Following list on social media, I want to be able to "follow" my team members and view their updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that you can give reward points to a colleague, as well as receive them, with a monthly renewal of points, so you never really run out of points to give.
What was most impressive to me, was that the gift cards arrived really fast and you don't have to wait days or weeks; it was in my email within minutes of requesting it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really like that the amount of points you can reward to a colleague is limited; I don't think it would hurt anyone to just allow to give as many points we'd like to someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Assembly has been a fantastic tool for our team! The integration with Teams is seamless, making it so easy to give shoutouts and recognize great work. Having a tangible incentive to acknowledge colleagues has been a game-changer for our company culture, creating a more engaged and positive environment.
I also love the variety of channels—it’s not just about recognition! From sharing dog pics and filling out fun “about me” prompts to celebrating cultural events, these features help us connect on a more personal level. That said, my absolute favorite is the tried and true “Give Recognition” channel. It’s simple, impactful, and really encourages us to celebrate each other’s contributions. While I love the platform, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The user interface can feel clunky at times, and I’ve had some issues with logging in due to the mfa set-up. These hiccups don’t happen often, but they can be frustrating when they do.
If Assembly can smooth out the UI and address the login glitches, it would definitely level up the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We liked how versatile it was. They have the preformatted programs (wikis) to prompt conversations already created, so it was just a matter of choosing one and then running with it. Implementation was great, and our account manager, was super sweet, very patient (we had a few delays), and my team enjoyed giving kudos to their peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One consolidated Debit daily would be easier to reconcile (have the back up available for audit) but to enter 25+ lines of 5.00; 7.00; 15.00 when the coins are redeemed was a bit annoying for my team. a single daily transaction of say 235.00, so that we can do that one time on one expense report would've been nicer.
We did have a few employees that were abusers of the program (quotes like " Thanks for your help" every day, (just to give out coins, was annoying, and required more policing than I hoped it would. (That is an "Us" issue, not an "Assembly Issue".) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
