What I appreciate most about Assembled WFM is its intuitive interface, which, along with the real-time visibility it provides into schedules, adherence, and staffing levels, greatly enhances the efficiency of monitoring performance and handling schedule adjustments. This makes it much easier to manage operations and achieve our goals without unnecessary complications.

**What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?**

At times, updating or reviewing schedule changes requires a few additional steps, and I’ve found that some reports lack the flexibility I need. Enhancing these areas would go a long way toward making daily operations more efficient.

Assembled WFM addresses scheduling inefficiencies and visibility challenges by delivering real-time insights into staffing, adherence, and coverage. I get most of the data I need from Assembled such as the forecast volume and AHT. Without Assembled, I would not be able to complete my task.

Well organized for complex shifts and departments, like support departments that run for 24/7.

**What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?**

• Terrible synchronization with Google Calendar.
• Takes time to load filters
• When I add new task in my shift, the starting time and the ending time keeps changing before clicking the save button.
• When I adjust old shifts, it takes 2 days to synch the reports and analysis
• Not mobile friendly

That it does not really have a mobile app

Staffing heatmaps are helpful for organising scheduling for a month in advance. The real time monitoring of agent states works well.

Issues with uploading schedules from other software. We have not been able to develop an automatic schedule.

Helping our team as outsourced solutions to create our own schedules through heat maps and to real time monitor our agent states. Also helps us with reporting with connection to Zendesk.

There are a few problems with the occupancy scorecard. If an agent works on a ticket that isn't included in their schedule, that work does not get counted toward the agent's score.

I appreciate how easy Assembled is to use. It consistently runs smoothly without any lag, and it allows me to quickly see how my team is performing.

I find that the agent productivity tracking metrics are sometimes inaccurate, and the system can quickly mark someone as out of adherence.

Assembled gives me a clear picture of who is working and who is not. I can easily discover times when we are not staffed accordingly. This is a major time saver!

What I appreciate the most about Assembled is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which simplifies the management of complex schedules and tasks. It really helps me with time management and taking my breaks, meeting, work on time. Its notification feature implementation on sites is supreme. As being a customer support agent this helps me in figuaring when I need to take break and rest.

The learning curve for Assembled can be quite complex for new users, potentially affecting initial adaption and overall efficieny.

Assembled addresses several key challenges, such as managing complex schedules and coordinating team tasks.  It's been a great help for me by cutting down the time and effort needed to monitor maintenance schedules and project timelines, resulting in better productivity and a more seamless workflow!

Assembled's AI (Assits) capabilities  is what separates it from others. The Flexibility and range of solutions it provides makes them lead the AI race. Customers are able to set up workflows very easily. And their support team is also 5 stars!

Assembled may need more work with workforce management but their enthusiasm and partnership when it comes to developing new features makes up for it. It gives customers the assurance that the developments will come.

Assembled Workforce Management as a whole replaced the whole team. We no only need 1 administrator and everything is done by or through the system with a high level of ease.

I've been using Assmebled from past 3 years now, I have found Assembled a very good tool to manage scheduling for employees.

**What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?**

It's hard to find any issue with Assembled, however if I nitpick I can say that I've found that sometimes it delays the scheduling, but please know if very few cases.

**What problems is Assembled WFM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my opinion Assmebled is a good tool and helped me follow my scheule for the day. As I'm a chat support specialist, it's hard to remember breaks and meeting, where Assembled play an important role by notifying me to apply appropriate aux.

So I work accordingly.

**What do you like best about Assembled WFM?**

Assembled makes me look like a wizard when it comes to forecasting. I'm able to accurately project labor needs which drives down our cost to serve and accelerates our path to profitability. It is incredibly easy to use, both administratively and from a front line agent perspective. It is my team's first window they open each day. And all this goes without mentioning the WORLD CLASS customer support that they offer. No vendor has ever done it better in my experience.

**What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?**

Having used Assembled in both a ZenDesk and Salesforce environment, I do wish the Salesforce integration had the same wow factor that the ZenDesk integration has, but I have confidence that Assembled is working to improve that, so don't let that be a dealbreaker.

**What problems is Assembled WFM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembled has given us visibilty into agent status and productivity like we've never had before. As a remote only company, managing agent adherence can be challenging, especially when agents may be working in several different workstreams throughout their day. Assembled makes it easy to be sure that agents are in the right place at the right time.

I found that Assmebled's chrome extension sometimes stopped working automatically and then gets fixed itself. I think that the issue is only on my end or some known bug.

**What do you like best about Assembled WFM?**

I find the tool super easy to use. You have almost everything you need. Most important the team from Assembled is very helpful and they are continually developing features. So if something is missing now, for sure they will add it in the future. There are a lot of cool features that make your life easy, like schedules, Team performance reports, individual reports, real-time analysis, and so on.
The implementation was somehow easy and our engineers received all the needed help to make it possible via API.
We are using the tool daily to follow over 3000 agents. 
I'm happy with the product and very happy with the team.

**What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?**

I would say that one of the downsides of the tool is that you might want to have more future to follow when it comes to the real-time view.

We use assembled for hourly distribution of the total forecast and helps us schedule the agents in order to have full efficient coverage 24/7. We also use it to keep track of agent's adherence and conformance.

We enjoyed how quick it was to set up, the relatively intuitive interface, the quick response time of the support team, and the very helpful office hours offered.

Updating templates and schedules can be a bit cumbersome at times for large scale changes.

**What do you like best about Assembled WFM?**

We've solved a lot of issues with trusting the data, obtaining an accurate forecast and more accurate agent activity tracking by moving to Assembled. This has given us the ability to really dive into the data we see to determine outliers and provide more strategic guidance to the business across several teams with ease. The support team has also been phenominal from the moment we first met and remains consistent to this day, and provided the easiest implementation I've ever experienced with a new WFM tool.

**What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?**

The biggest challenge we have are around building and managing schedules. We require a lot of manual work when it comes to modifying existing schedules and even building base schedules to account for the omni-channel coverage with the not-quite omni-channel Zendesk platform. There's lacking basic features, such as a shift swap, but there are benefits in keyboard shortcuts (copy/paste/save) to help counter the manual work required.

**What problems is Assembled WFM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've solved a lot of issues with trusting the data, obtaining an accurate forecast and more accurate agent activity tracking by moving to Assembled. This has given us the ability to really dive into the data we see to determine outliers and provide more strategic guidance to the business across several teams with ease. We have also eliminated the heavy lifting from agents manually tracking their time previously to now able to focus on their work in Zendesk and have their activity automatically tracked, which has also increased the accuracy in their performance data as well.

Assembled is a very user-friendly platform. I love how easy it is to create schedules using the Templates feature. 
The Real time feature gives us an insight into adherence and performance, and it's handy for monitoring.

The reports offered are complex.

Love how Assembled is hosting workshops about the platform's features - it helps a lot to learn more and see different perspectives from people.

I've been using Assembled for our CX team for 2 years, and I've witnessed their growth and commitment to better themselves with every feedback from their users.

I don't mainly use the time off feature as it's not linked with our HR platform, so it creates an extra step for the team, but that's just a process preference.

Zendesk integration is faster than you can imagine. Other than that, the team is very open to feedback which they take action on (I appreciate this a lot!). The 2 founders are very tech-savvy and knows the insides and outs of their platform, Kudos!

There are really no downside to using Assembled. They are fairly new and so I understand that they will need to beef up their features. Having said that, I hardly get any issues from using their platform.

Assembled is easy to use as both an adminstrator and a team member. The granularity of reporting and schedule adherence is also super powerful. It's also clear that they truly listen to customer feedback, which we greatly appreciate.

We'd love the ability to create shifts for agents to sign up for.  We also would really benefit from a more robust Zendesk integration where tickets could be asisgned based on Assembled schedule and online status.

Before Assembled we were managing shifts in our queue via Google calendars and complicated spreadsheets. Now, scheduling is streamlined and takes much less time week over week.

What resulted was not just an upgrade in the way that we schedule  (efficient & simplified), but we also started taking steps to scale our team through real WFM. With helpful features like forecasting, adherence and heatmaps--we're able to predict the needs of our support team better and deliver excellent service to our customers at all times. **What do you dislike about Assembled WFM?**

My only dislike of Assembled is that I would love to get our QA platform added now that they've integrated MaestroQA. Ours is called Klaus, and it would be just perfect to see it all once space on the Agent Scorecard! I love that the Assembled team accepts suggestions/feedback, so I know they're constantly improving their product through learning from the clients. That's why I don't really have any other dislikes since there's more to come in the pipeline! Love that!!

**What problems is Assembled WFM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Creating daily, weekly and further out scheduling so there's less manual work of assigning roles on my part.
-Ensuring our agents are on-task and where they're supposed to be.
-Estimating a staffing model so that I don't have to have a separate dashboard somewhere that looks ahead as our business grows.
-Empowering agents to add in their own timeblocks for things such as appointments, days off or lunches, so that it's automated.

Changing of schedules or templates are easy using the app, unlike if its link to other app. The chages is realtime and their is a history for every changes that you made so you can back track if you may mistakes.

Not really dislike lets say its needs improvement because realtime data were not accurate versus to other tools were link to Assembled. Might some bugs or delayed response.
