What do you like best about Assai?

What do you dislike about Assai?

I have not found any major downside to Assai. But sometimes after upgrade Assai has some technical issues but which resolved by the team. Otherwise it is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assai?

The integrations enable dynamic management of documentation without changing the underlying Enterprise system. The material is understandable at all levels and saves a tonne of internal work and support time throughout projects. The migration, onboarding, and training processes were all outstanding. What do you dislike about Assai?

Correspondence and the query function will be upgraded with workflow. There aren't enough training videos. Improved IT support is also required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Assai system facilitated and managed this transition from manual to semi-automated to automated dissemination of deliverables for feedback, providing a significant improvement in the way we manage paperwork relevant to our Assets. By paying attention to customer needs, I can see how far the product has advanced. from a doc control system that was mostly based on Projects to a flexible information management system.
